Our stay was great! We checked in on Sunday and the host was quick to respond to all of our questions. We arrived earlier than expected and the host allowed us to check in earlier which was much appreciated! Host was great! The building is secure, clean, and staff were friendly. The view from the apartment is amazing!! My family loved their pool and the fact that it stays open till 10pm! Direct access to the beach was great! You really can walk to the restaurants and there is a Walgreens right across the street. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Carolina!

This place is gorgeous! The view and how close the beach is, literally steps away is amazing. The host was in touch throughout the stay making sure things were going great. The place has everything you need to chill at the beach. There's restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies at walking distances or a car drive minutes away. I recommend this place 1000/10.

My two daughters and I stayed at this fantastic condo recently for 4 nights. It was everything we wanted with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony and from the bedroom windows. The hosts were great and left us food in the fridge, coffee, eggs, bread, cheese, orange juice and more. They answered every question we had quickly and went out of their way to accommodate our flight schedules. It is right on a beautiful beach and has a nice big pool. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Rico.

By far the nicest place I have ever stayed at. The attention to detail, the communication, and the location make this place the best. The place has everything you need and then some. The even provided fans for my rooms at no extra cost. Def. going back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Place was very clean, with easy check in and great communication. They had extra amenities (coffee, sunscreen, beverages), which was a nice surprise and felt welcoming. Air conditioning worked very well. It is right off the beach, so very easy to get down there. Within walking distance to a Walgreens and restaurants. Pool looked very nice (though we spent most of our time at the beach). Area and building felt safe and secure. Would definitely stay here again!

The places as amazing with breathtaking views. My husband and I think the pictures don’t give this place justice. The facilities are great and everything is near by! We enjoy our trip. Please read the book they have, it tells you everything you need to know

Found a great high rise building right on the beach access from the back of the property. Has pool and very clean place. Certainly would recommend the place for a great time not too far from San Juan

The security for the property was great, which even though it's in a great neighborhood, made us feel very comfortable letting our teen go down to the pool solo :) Location and view can't be beat. Amazing food right across the street. Spent a LOT of time on the balcony! -up on Rum

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Waking up to such an incredible view every morning made us actually want to wake up early. The onsite supervisor was quick to respond as well as the management company. If/when we return we would love to stay here again.

Perfect family space

This property was exactly as advertised. I will definitely book again. Great communication check in and check out was so easy. Great location, the apartment as well as the building was very clean. The food items left by the owner was so sweet. It was much appreciated especially since our flight arrived in the middle of the night. My overall experience with this unit and owner is a 10 out of 10. Definitely will be back

Amazing view

We stayed here during our sibs retreat. The view of the ocean was breathtaking as soon as we entered the condo, with easy access to pool, b-ball courts, and ocean. All essentials were provided including snacks and refreshments. There were plenty of places to eat on the same street. Would recommend.

Awesome!

Great view and access to the ocean and beach. Host was very respinsive and commun8cated quickly and was very kind. They even went as far as to have some fresh food in the refrigerator upon arrival.

Location was great

We had a good stay here. The location, check in process, facilities were great. Just walk in to the beach. Out apartment faced the ocean so was nice to sit in the balcony. Everything in the apartment was good , just the bed linens and sofa were a bit worn so may need updating.

Excellent location

We always stay in one of the Marbella del Caribe condos. We love the area. This property is very clean and comfortable. The hosts left a few groceries to welcome us. Location is the best on the island, you can walk to plenty of great restaurants and of course you are right on the beach and have a sweeping view of the entire beach. Buildings are extremely well maintained, I always feel safe and secure in this area of the island. Will always come back to Marbella to stay.

Fantastic view

This place was fantastic for our family. The bathroom is small and the kitchen could use some updating, but it was comfortable and the view was fantastic. Because this condo is on a top floor there is a great breeze. We were able to open the step out porch doors and leave them open.
