This bi-level, luxury condo is located right on the edge of the Moab Golf Course and offers all the convenience and comfort of home, plus a beautiful view of the West Rim of Moab Valley.
Downstairs, the cozy living room is furnished in sumptuous Southwest style and features a gas log fireplace. The dining area has table seating for four, plus there is a small snack bar with three stools for extra dining space. The pass-through kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware and all the appliances, including dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. A utility pantry at one end provides a clothes washer and dryer. The downstairs bathroom, located off the entry hall has a shower (no tub). A convenient interior door in the entry hallway opens into the attached, single-car garage, where you can safely store your recreational toys.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has a king bed, while the oversize second bedroom provides two double beds. The upstairs bathroom has a full tub/shower and is shared by both bedrooms.
The private patio, located just off the dining area, provides the finishing touch to this luxury accommodation. Here, you'll find picnic furniture and a charcoal barbeque grill, perfect for a cookout after a full day of Moab fun!

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. Henning's Escape has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool.

We had an amazing spring break in Moab & the townhouse was the best launching pad. Extremely comfortable, great location, and perfect for a family of four.
Perfect pit stop while trembling from Bryce Canyon to arches national park. Very clean and welcoming. Just outside of downtown Moab. The pool was great and the views out over the golf course were great. Thanks for sharing with us.
There are a few things that need attention to physical building. Towel racks and toilet paper holders are loose. One of the double beds is very slanted on its base.
Needed a place to hang out while enjoying the Moab area and this place was perfect. Cozy, clean, close to town and with a beautiful setting. Enjoyed out stay and would definitely do it again.
Quiet, clean, and comfortable, it had everything our family needed
This condo is in a beautiful location just south of town. Everything was as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dishware. The patio would have been nice to use in the morning shade, but there was an overgrown plant that desperately needed trimming, as it was growing into the table area. I'd also recommend a lock box for the condo key that opens more easily. But those are minor issues that certainly don't lower our five star rating. We would stay here again.
This place is too small that what I was expecting after seeing the pictures. The bedrooms are on the upper floor while one of the bathrooms is on lower level which makes it very inconvenient for people staying in one of the bedroom. Moreover the downstairs bathroom is extremely small - almost like an airplane bathroom. The kitchen is also very small and the washer dryer is somehow managed in a closet in the kitchen. Everything is just cramped. The kitchen is not well stocked. There are very limited things in the kitchen, There are other irritations such as the blinds in the kitchen area are broken and dont work - so not privacy. The check in process was smooth and the communication with host was no issue. The home was clean . The location is good with Moab restaurants etc about 10 min drive and Arches Natl Park about 20 min. It is a bit away from the action of Moab/
The property was perfect. Everything was clean and organized with everything we needed. Our beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the patio for an afternoon cocktail. The condo was convenient to town and restaurants. I hope to return when we can stay longer.
We really appreciated that the condo was just off the beaten path. It was quiet, clean, comfortable with a great patio and view of the mountain and golf course. Great place to unwind.
Loved this location as we were about five miles out of town, green with nice trees and very quite. The unit was clean and nicely appointed. We also enjoyed the pool!
There is only one bathroom upstairs and two bedrooms. This is not ideal if you staying with adults that are not family members.
The biggest bed is a full size, so if you are big and tall you may not fit in that bed.
We loved this property! Very pleased with the location just outside of town out of the traffic noise but close enough to everything! Property was well equipped and super clean! Beautiful place by the golf course with great sunset views. The only thing it lacked was a travel cooler for those of us that need to pack lunches to spend all day at the parks. Very please and would for sure stay again!!!
We enjoyed the convenience of this comfortable condo. The view from the patio was lovely! The location was easy to find and quiet. My only criticism is that the dryer was extremely noisy. Otherwise , the condo was great. We hope to return next year at the same time!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was great to have garage space for storing bikes. The wifi was fast. The kitchen, dining, and living room are comfortable and have enough space for a group. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of room. The back patio has a great view. All around, a great place to stay.
We loved staying here. The condo was immaculate, filled with great cookware and other nice amenities, and the view was so BEAUTIFUL!! We enjoyed the quiet of not being right in the city, which was only a 10 min. drive away.
Two of us stayed at this property for 5 nights and we loved it. The place was super clean and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The bed was comfortable and we liked the decor of the condo. It was nice to have a good size patio to enjoy a glass of wine and look at the views and the stars. The location is great and since it's not right in town, it's peaceful. We went to Arches and Canyonlands parks during our stay along with doing some biking in the area, Slick Rock trail is only about 10 minutes away. We are looking forward to coming back!
