Dé un paseo por la orilla del agua para el restaurante de Oceanic para el almuerzo o la cena. Crystal Pier se encuentra a pocos pasos de distancia, así que empaque su equipo de pesca!

Week away

This property is in a great location when it comes to beach access, restaurants, and a great coffee shop. All the information online was completely accurate. If there is any suggestion I could give you is to get living room furniture that is more comfortable. Thanks

Family gathering over Christmas

Our kids and grandkids joined us, several surf so could not beat the location and convenience! View out of upstairs master room was spectacular! Drawbacks of the house are the blinds at both up and down front sliding glass windows do not work well at all/ get stuck etc. These are on the main windows looking out to the ocean. It’s a bit older house but we were happy with everything else, lots of fun was had w the kids etc!!!

IM NC 70.3 for the Win!

Probably shouldn't have used that heading, especially if I sign up for next year's race but this place is absolutely perfect. It was my wife and I (both racing too) and our daughter (Sherpa) but can easily accommodate more very comfortably. Plenty of storage for the bikes and the best part about this place, it's in between the two parking lots they use to stage the swim, not sure you could find a better location. The place itself has a beautiful view of the ocean and pier. Not extremely fancy like you might expect at ocean front but hey, you're there for a different reason. Outdoor shower and hose to clean things off (bike/wetsuit) after the race too.

Wonderful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is phenomenal and the porch was more spacious than the pictures show. Loved being so close to the beach. The bedrooms are all quite large and the living space worked for us. Decor is nothing special but has been kept up well. Five of us were very comfortable for 8 nights and wanted to stay longer. We successfully worked and did virtual school with occasional wifi issues.

Great location on beach

The house was clean and well equipped with kitchen items. The location was great for grandkids to access beach Only problem was an extreme issue with ants in master bathroom and downstairs bathroom. Had to spray for 2 days to get under control

We enjoy Rams unit 2, always clean, well maintained and great location close to center of Beach.Unfortunately due to weather and we are sure other natural/weather circumstances we fight pesky ants in the kitchen area each year.We thank your staff always so pleasant..thank you all for a wonderful vacation!

Location, Location, Location!

Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely, relaxed beach vacation! The location of the Rams was the perfect vantage point to watch glorious sunrises, the crashing waves, people having a go at surfing or just having fun on the very healthy & active Wrightsville beach. The very best assets of the Rams were unquestionably the views & the 60 second walk to the beach! The location helped much to overlook the dated wallpaper of the interior, the LR with attractive but Very uncomfortable seating, a single bed that any back would hate in the morning, BR vertical blinds that wouldn’t open beyond 3’ & an impressive number of completely random, mismatched dishes. In closing, I was the person to secure the property for our group of cousins. The property was not a Wow, was even disappointing at times but we chose to overlook those negatives & feast on the truly wonderful positives.

The Rams in October

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Rams was very roomy and a great location. Love Wrightsville beach in October. Beaches are empty and sunny and 80 everyday. However, for only a few hundred dollars, the Rams could be greatly improved. Bulbs need replaced over dining table and in master bath. Rusty shower curtain rods. Only one end table (half filled up with a HUGE lamp) in the master bedroom. Mattresses very hard, could use memory foam pads. Tub mats very old. Lastly, the dresser in the master bedroom (with 4 drawers) had a sign not to use on one drawer and other drawer with no bottom. A few small improvements could make a big difference.

We don’t consider roaches to be our friends, however, so when I saw them the first and second days of our stay, I was pretty heebed out. We’d suggest an exterminator in the off-season.

Ideal location, bit dated.

Was very pleased to get early check-in. Property was clean, but overall dated. None of the vertical blinds in the windows worked properly. Some slats were constantly falling out of the window in each room. One note pasted on the window said don't move them and they were being replaced, but not during our stay. Utensils and pans in kitchen were very dated and some were stained and had caked on residue. Should be replaced. The kitchen was a hodge podge of whatever seemed left over from a garage sale. Mismatched everything. Lack of nice size soup bowls. Only 1. The dated Formica counter tops were stained and difficult to keep clean. Light bulbs were out throughout the house in every room. Had to call about guest room bath. None of the lights were working. The first work order was acknowledged but no one showed up. Two and a half days without lights at all. Repairman came third day. All 5 bulbs were burned out. Feel like all lights should be checked after each departure. Loved the location and the beds were excellent. Thought the TV's were very small. Made it hard to watch a movie on such a small screen. Overall it is a 4 star place being generous.

Excellent Vacation

Bryant made leasing easy and communicated via email on more than regular basis to ease our anxiety on beaches opening, government regulations, restaurant openings and rules.My family has vacationed at Wrightsville Beach more than 40 years. We have stayed at Rams many summers, our rental home is always clean, comfortable and by far the best location on the beach!Lots of extras under the home, including chairs, toys and a wonderful charcoal grill.Overall an excellent experience this year.

So relaxing

During this quarantine time, we decided we needed a change of venue. This property provided EXACTLY what we needed!! Private. Not too many people close to us. Private entrance. Clean. We stayed to ourselves and didn’t venture over to any restaurants or the pier, which suited us just fine. Instead of sitting in our own home or our backyard, we sat on the porch listening to the ocean or stuck our toes in the sand. It was glorious. When we had any issue with the property, the app made it so easy to connect with the management company and they were extremely responsive. Thank you to all involved...cleaning crew, managers, maintenance staff! Great job

Property came as advertised and the location, while a little close to public beach parking, had a beautiful view and great access. Older duplex unit well maintained but with few minor issues.. overall, excellent time watching God show off His sunsets over Bank’s Channel and full moon over the Atlantic.

Great place to be at the beach.

We're from Wilmington so we're familiar with Wrightsville. We were hosting couples from out of town in the property and it was a wonderful place -- great views of the ocean, walking distance to restaurant and coffee shop, and we had perfect weather the whole time. No major cons, but the code for the keypad didn't work. A quick call to the rental company solved the problem. 2nd floor bathroom exterior door was very difficult to to open. But overall we all had a fine time.

Bed Bugs

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We started with the access code lock not working,so we were given physical keys to the house. We couldn't get the keys to work properly either because the locks were very old. The refrigerator and freezer stunk of raw shrimp, so we bought baking soda to try to help. Shower curtains were moldy, and on the morning we left we noticed bites on our legs and feet. We got back home and suspected we were bitten by bed bugs. We have since had to treat our home for bed bugs as a result of staying at Rams. I contacted Bryant Realty with no response from a manager or offer of a refund. Very disappointed with them.
