Pier Perfect está listo para sus vacaciones en Wrightsville Beach. Ubicado entre los puentes, y 2 lotes de la playa, este townhome de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños está listo para sus próximas vacaciones. Ingresa la propiedad desde la planta baja y entra al interior. Esta sala de estar de la planta baja es un buen lugar para que los niños se relajen. Sube las escaleras y encuentra 2 dormitorios principales en este piso. A su izquierda hay un dormitorio principal con 2 camas individuales. A su derecha hay un dormitorio principal con una cama king y una terraza con vistas al océano. Sube al tercer piso y encuéntrese en el salón principal. El tercer piso abarca las áreas de cocina, comedor y sala de estar. Este plan de piso abierto fluye fácilmente y hace que el entretenimiento familiar sea muy sencillo. Pasos fuera en la cubierta para la brisa cálida del océano y excelentes vistas del océano y el muelle de Johnny Mercer. También en este nivel es el 3er dormitorio con cama de matrimonio. Sube las escaleras una vez más y encuéntrate en el gran dormitorio principal. Esta habitación ofrece una cama king size y baño privado.

Very clean townhouse. All of the silverware, glassware and utensils spotless. Bedrooms roomy and bathrooms all clean too. AV works and nice to stream right away. There are some quirky electrical issues and kitchen cabinets need a refresh.

The location was fantastic- very close to beach! The check-in process was smooth and timely. The property was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. We had 5 adults and everyone had own bedroom and bathroom. Work out great for family to enjoy. The view from the balcony was great for sunrises.

Great beach location

We had 4 adults for a tennis tournament and this house was centrally located to everything you want to do in Wilmington and 50 feet from the beach with a great view of the water from the second floor balcony that seated 8. Everything in the house was fine and we loved our stay!

Family Girls Shopping

Ages 37-81 ladies (aunts, sisters and daughter -in-law Christmas shopping Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington. The house was perfect for us spreading out and yet staying together. The location is perfect and the house is well stocked. Hope to return!

Perfect space!

We traveled to Wrightsville Beach for a wedding. 4 couples stayed in the house and we all had plenty of space to hang out together and plenty of private spaces as well. This house fit our needs perfectly!

The place could use a dehumidifier for the first level. There was a mildew smell when you walk in. Outside lights where you park your car were not working. But I will say being close the the beach was very nice.

Girls Weekend

The house was clean and nicely decorated. Bedrooms were large and had enough bathrooms for 5 ladies to get ready comfortably! Only downside is the view from the main area is mostly the condos across the street. You have to go out onto the balcony to see the beach but that view is beautiful. The check in time is too late (4p) and check out too early (10a), but the process was easy. Would stay here again.

Ants in the kitchen!

Stay was great, but there were ants in the kitchen. Also, one of the bathroom sinks was clogged.

Great time

Had a couple issues that could be updated but someone came and addressed issues we had.

Nice place..some minor problems

There was no hot tub as advertised and there were some light switches that didn't work so we had to plug and unplug lights to get them to work.

Thank you for your review. The property does not have a hot tub and is not advertised as such. It does have a jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom. We have not found any issue with the light switches. Please contact us with any questions.

Overall, the property was very nice. There were small things that could have been improved - several light bulbs were out - the shower handle in the master was broken - the internet went down the first day but those were relatively minor. I was not as big of a fan of the location - right across from the Pier and the 2 star hotel. It was very crowded at that point on the beach and loud at night.

Convenient rental steps from the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I liked this rental well enough - it definitely suited our needs and we were very close to the beach. I would recommend it, but there’s a few things to note: 1) it smells weird 2) there was a used fake nail left on the bathroom floor 3) only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom (plan ahead if you’re staying long) and 4) expect bugs (baby roaches and swarms of mosquitos in the car port and shower where there’s often standing water. Re: the toilet paper, they actually advise you to bring your own toilet paper if you think you’ll need more than 1 roll per bathroom. If you have a large family that’s traveling, that’s a bit limited! On top of all the beach paraphernalia I have to bring, I don’t want to also bring toilet paper. There’s also a good amount of chores associated with this rental (dress and undress bed, take out trash, collect linens/towels, run dishwasher). I’m fine doing a few things, but given the nail on the bathroom floor, it seems that they rely heavily on guests cleaning up.

Pier “Not So” Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing truly perfect about this house is it’s location, which couldn’t be beat, and the affordable price (which should have been the indicator that everything else would just be so-so). While the house wasn’t terrible, it needs some serious updating. The Dishwasher was not attached to the counter and felt like it was going to fall over every time the door was opened, the carpet was gross and needed to be replaced, and the top floor shower didn’t drain at all. It was pretty clean, but we found a dead roach on the first floor and some pills on the ground on the top level. In addition, the fact that we had to make the beds at our arrival and strip them at our departure would keep us from renting this house again. The management company also never informed us that their office was closed for our entire stay. I called and left a message for them, as well as an email, and never heard a word back. Had we had a real crisis at the house, I’m doubtful that they would have helped us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great week with local family living in Wilmington, NC! The duplex offers the perfect space for everyone. The bottom floor is a teenage hangout heaven to play video games and watch movies. Go up one level and arrive at the master bedroom. The large closet is conveniently located in the bathroom. Bedroom with two twin beds is just down the hall. Go up another level and arrive at the spacious living room area and kitchen. Bedroom with queen bed is on this level. Balcony with bistro table and another 4 top table offers a great view of the ocean off to the right. And surprise! Go up one more level to the very large king size bedroom! The decor through out the duplex is calming with lots of grays, blues and a little bit of silver sparkle. The beds are super comfy! We felt right at home. All the bedrooms have its own bathroom. Variety of restaurants, parks and water rental activities in walking distance. No need to leave the island for anything. Property rental company did a great job with their communication and information for check in and check out details. The only thing is I would have liked an 11 am check out in lieu of 10 am (sharp). We will definitely be renting this place again!

The only complaint we had was that the elevator was not functioning, which made it not so fun to carry heavy items up 2-3 flights of steps. Otherwise, great spot and great management company that made everything really easy.

Great Rental Property

Despite Tropical Storm Ian, we thoroughly enjoyed this property. We attended a family wedding in the area and this was a perfect spot. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is a big plus.

Great location, bathrooms needed a deep cleaning!

Was very happy with this property. Proximity to beach was great! The only complaint was that the shower needed a good scrubbing. The Mildew was disgusting.

Great Vacation Home on Wrightsville!

Great place. Windows and doors need some updating/care and bed spread wasn’t clean but the rest was perfect.
