It was a perfect Sanible getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect for two. The place was clean and had all the basics we needed for a 5 day stay. One pool was closed and the walk to the beach was a little muddy, but they were recovering from Helene. Overall the property was exactly as described and I would go back.

Rainy days on Sanibel

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: happy to be back on Sanibel. Several problems with our rental. Carpeting wet just outside bathroom. dishwasher not working, even after maintenance man tried to fix it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good but very much under construction right now. Feel like we should have a discounted rate under these conditions. There is also a big bee issue- by the pool (in the pool) and on the gulf buildings.

Had a great time

The property was very well kept. We were close to the beach area. The only criticism is that we are both in our 70s and it was difficult to bring the chairs and umbrella to the beach.

Beach nice, garden areas well maintained. Not enough umbrellas and people let their stuff there all day to save the chairs even though they are not there for extended periods. They do have extra chairs and some umbrellas if you want to haul them out yourself. Rental bikes a little rough but convenient. Locking them up is a pain... not sure why anyone would steal them 😉. Didn’t use the swimming pools or tennis courts so can’t comment on those. Should give you 7 days of coffee pods. Expensive in prime season, but weather was great. Covid precautions taken. Rosy was a friendly host.

As our previous stays, the accommodations were comfortable and clean. This was our fourth time with Sanibel Moorings and we highly recommend it!

Nice location, mediocre condo

The location couldn't be better. Right by the ocean, with lots of cool facilities and accessible to everything. But the condo pictures are old and out of date. The condo's furniture was uncomfortable and the place had a smell. Housekeeping came to spray a deodorant which only made the smell worse. The condo is also in a noisy place. The development next door has a gravel driveway, so you hear gravel sounds all day long. The walls are thin, so you also hear other condo residents regularly. I would consider staying at Sanbel Moorings but not this condo.

Top notch

My wife and I spent 7 nights at Sanibel Moorings. It was wonderful. The staff are very attentive and kind. The location was great. The property is very easy to get to. The beach was just a short walk from our unit and was outfitted with umbrellas and beach chairs. Perfect getaway!
