We were thankful for the beach supplies & towels. I didn’t have to pack or buy anything. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, & toys. Even 2 carts to haul everything ! Comfy beds too !!

The property was exactly what we needed for our stay! It was the perfect size, extremely clean, well equipped kitchen, close to the beach and stores/restaurants. We will 100% be back! The property was super clean when we arrived with plenty of towels and starter supplies ready to go. It's exactly what a family of 4 would need for time at the beach! The team was super helpful and easy to work with. Booking was seamless, we actually added a night with a quick phone call. The team was friendly!

Overall had a great experience. A few small things: the coffee filters in the unit are not the right size and shape for the coffeemaker. The fan in the master bedroom was missing a glass shade for one of the bulbs. It would be nice if you provided your own list of your favorite local things to do/places to eat (vs the magazine). Thanks for a great time! Did not interact with them. We tried stopping by the office twice, at 2:00 and 2:45 on different days but no one was in the office.

Great location, nice facility, we made use of the pool, tennis court, and short walk to the beach. It was nice to have beach access without having to deal with parking. Loved that we were close to the nature preserve, where we hiked, biked, and kayaked. Traffic on the island is heavy & restaurants were busy- recommend riding a bike to get to most beaches due to parking, and making reservation or getting carryout to avoid crowds. Support was great- we appreciate the flexibility to reschedule due to the pandemic.

Walk to the Beach
Our family of four - myself, my husband, 13 year old daughter and 8 year old son, enjoyed our stay at the Sea Shells property.
Condo: Comfortable beds, updated bathrooms. Apartment could use a deep clean - especially around the windows. We wanted to open windows, but the screens are really full of bugs - assuming this might just be Florida? Kitchen could use an update and also use a good wipe down in every corner and every cupboard. Spent the better part of my first day cleaning.
Appreciated the beach cart with shovels and the pool noodles.
Facilities: pool is heated, able to stay socially distant, capacity at 12 or 16 people but never full. Some of the older folks love to sit at the pool, not go in, but complain when kids are there and splashing.
Laundry is free! We took advantage of this - so nice
Tennis court is great - should have brought our own racquet. The racquets at the office are terrible.
Beach: The beach was wonderful - so many seashells! This particular unit is as far as you can get from the beach within the Sea Shells complex. It is not for those with mobility issues trying to get to the beach every day. But for our family of four, the walk was just fine.
Trails: Right on the running/biking trail - we used it every day.

The place was great for our girls trip.
The place was great for our girls trip. Just enough sleeping room. The kitchen was a bit small, but we made it work. Great experience. We thought that the beach was a little closer than it was, but it wasn’t too bad of a walk. Quick and easy check in and out.

This location is a home away from home.
This location is a home away from home. It has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy your vacation. A walk to a private beach was perfect for our family to fish and enjoy the water. Everything was clean and up to our standards. We will definitely return to this condo again! Sanibel is a beautiful place to stay! The members of the team were helpful and very friendly. They called to check on us and our stay the second day we were there and said to call back if we needed anything. We were very satisfied with the customer service.
