Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This first floor apartment is within 3 blocks of multiple bars and restaurants along with downtown shopping. Enjoy the outdoor space on the spacious patio. We completely renovated the building so you have the modern amenities of a new space while having the charm of a 90 year old exposed bricks.

The Space
Enjoy the use of this convenient first floor apartment! This welcoming space will be great to unwind, relax and enjoy your time! There's 2 bedrooms to rejuvenate after a busy day of exploring downtown Marshall and the surrounding area. We completely renovated this 8 unit apartment complex to make it one of the nicest places in town for our tenants!

Guest Access
Our guests will be given a code to the front entry of the building and this space is right there which is super convenient for carrying luggage, groceries, or after an active night downtown! Guests will have personal access to their entire unit.

We are in the area often and are glad to provide assistance as needed otherwise we will respect your privacy in the space.

We stayed here while my son was going to a hockey camp at SWMS. Location was so close to the campus but we were able to walk to coffee, restaurants and shopping. Owners were responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Charming little VRBO!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Very quiet, cozy, clean and decorated so beautifully. We liked it so much, we thought about not leaving... an overnight stay was not long enough! We were only there for one night to meet family. They stayed at a hotel so it was nice to have a place that we could sit and visit and we weren’t sitting on someone’s bed. Close to perfection

Stayed overnight in this gem of an apartment on our SW state parks hopping adventure. Walkable to many good restaurants. Close to parks and hiking trails. In the heart of quaint downtown. Easy parking. Super clean. Consistent and timely communication w/owners. We could have been quite comfortable staying for longer. I’d have titled it “Perfection” if a mountain or ocean view was included, and that’s just plain impossible in MN.

Cute place nicer than local hotels

Very cute property very clean with the exception of the tub - it could use a serious scrub and the dishwasher had old food in the bottom of it. Very inviting after long days of work. Everything I needed to feel comfortable. Bed was very cozy and linens were super soft. Recommend a curtain in the bedroom to block out the bright street lights.
