House was great and very clean. Location is excellent. Bikes and golf cart are a nice plus. House was missing some little things in kitchen but not a huge deal. We had an issue with hot water but maintenance was called and they responded and fixed same day. I would recommend this house!

The house was great. Very clean and just as pictured. The location to the beach awesome especially with a little one and a senior. The pool was an added plus and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful ocean views!

We had 11 adults and 2 babies and had plenty of room! Each family had their own bedroom and bath which was great! In town for a family wedding and venue was a 2 min golf cart ride which made it very convenient. We loved the house and location was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

The house is in a great location with the beach across the street. Plenty of bedrooms for our group and they were all stocked with sealed bags of clean towels as well as toiletries. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The only negative was that the previous guests cooked fish and it still smelled in the kitchen and living room. We tried to clean up the kitchen, but the smell lingered. The private pool was nice and private and the balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floor showed beautiful views of the beach. Overall, it was a great stay.

First I will say loved Beachfront Babes. There were a few cons though.Cons: - The refrigerator is on the smaller size, and the ice maker that is in it, at full bin capacity might have enough ice for 4 or 5 Yeti's. And it takes to long to replenish. We ended up having to go buy bags of ice to keep in the freezer. Also, there is almost no cabinet space and they have the pantry door locked for the owners. So, although there were lots of plates, cups, cooking appliances, etc. It meant we basically had no where to keep any groceries we bought except on the counter, and truthfully, for as big of a house as it is, there is not a lot of kitchen counter space. Last, the pool. The lights did not come on for the weekdays we were there, but then came on Friday night, and were still on all day Saturday. The management company originally said the pool lights must have been burned out, but based on the the weekend, I think the automation system that controls them was not working properly. Now the Pro's are many - location, location, location. What more needs to be said. The beds were all extremely comfortable, the elevator was easy to use, the place is beautiful, and so much more. There were a few cleanliness issues, the tub in the 3rd floor master had sand in it and the toilet looked like it had been used for someone going #1 and not flushed. But a quick flush and all was fine. We will definitely stay again, you just can't beat the location.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This house is perfect! Plenty of room for our entire family. The Master is gorgeous! All 6 bedrooms are spacious with their own bath. There is a travel crib available. We used the bikes and golf cart that go with the listing. The elevator was convenient for bringing groceries up to the 2nd floor where the kitchen and family room are located. The pool is absolutely awesome!! We had it heated since we were there the end of March. We were in it all the time. The beach is just across the street a short walk. The management left us a delicious charcuterie. It’s the perfect place to stay in Santa Rosa Beach.

Beachfront Babes

The house is pretty nice over all but it needs an ice maker an another refrigerator with families comin ther refrig to small also we found one drawer that was not clean had coffe grounds an coffee spills in it also we checked in on a Wednesday May 8 th had no air conditioning till Sunday May 12 so we didn’t know if you would refund an amount for this inconvenience ❣️Thank you for considering this❣️
