Poor property management

We could not obtain a parking pass because they didn’t submit the paperwork. We were not able to contact them and had to resort reaching out through VRBO. There were no instructions with policies or procedures left for us in the condo. We also keep getting emails saying we owe money even though we paid in full. This becomes disconcerting. Poor communication and poor follow through by the property management company!
