In our spacious and comfortable condo you will be able to enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, in unit washer/dryer included, a gorgeous and private outdoor balcony, and the beautiful shared pool and lounge area, underground parking for one vehicle.

Our stay in this condo checked all the boxes. Location was ideal, walkable to the beach and all that Tamarindo offered, the pool was a lovely refreshing dip when coming back from the beach and Sonia was so wonderful. She helped us with all sorts of bookings and recommendations.

Beautiful condo near the beach

This beautiful condo is located a short two minute walk from the beach. There are many good restaurants within a five minute walk.

This place was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious and conveniently located. 2 minutes to the beach, groceries, and restaurants via walking. My only warning for future renters is if you have small children, there are several glass decor pieces in their reach

The only place to stay in Tamarindo!

Everything was exactly as portrayed in the listing. Perfect location. Walking distance to all restaurants with a multitude to choose from. Underground parking where we parked our golf cart. Loved having coffee on our balcony in the morning while listening to the various birds morning songs. Sonia the property manager was always available anytime we needed anything and arranged our transfers to and from the airport. Can’t wait to return!

The condo was as described and in very good condition. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs and boogy boards available.

Great space for a family and base for exploring!

We loved our stay in Tamarindo at Igor’s condo. The location was ideal - just steps away from the beach and restaurants and a little market just around the corner. The building was quiet and peaceful - a little oasis away from the bustle of the Main Street. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, which we loved using. Anything we needed was or questions we had was quickly answered and our host was so helpful. Highly recommend this space for anyone wanting a spot near the action but that you can relax in too.

This is a wonderful property located just a short walk away from the main shopping and restaurant area. Beach is only a block away where you can choose to swim, watch the surfers, or eat and enjoy a beverage at one of the beach side restaurants and bars. I absolutely loved our stay here!!!

Sunny paradise

Lovely condo with spacious rooms, high ceilings with fans, a well shaded comfy balcony to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Roomy showers with great water pressure and aromatic soaps, shampoos and conditioners. Sonia is a friendly and efficient property manager. Location close to lots of restaurants, little grocery store and a glorious beach. You can experience quiet cool early morning walks on the beach then go for a surfing lesson or play in the waves and awesome sunshine. Lots of energy and music in the Mercadito next door in the evenings. This is a great place to sit out a few weeks of winter!

Wonderful VRBO in Tamarindo

My husband and I stayed at Igor's condominium in Tamarindo and had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect. The condo is well appointed with a comfortable bed and pillows. Couldn’t have asked for better

Everything was excellent staying at this Tamarindo condo, the condo itself is luxurious and in the heart of town, we could walk anywhere and everywhere. It was clean, spacious and the communication with the owner and property manager was excellent, we will definitely stay there again

Would definitely recommend for any vacation- communication was SUPER easy and fast, location could not be more perfect- we walked everywhere we wanted to go, beach access right at the end of the street, surrounded by tons of places to eat and little shops. Condo was perfect, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, we were really sad when it was time to leave.

From beginning to end, one of the best rentals I have made. Igor and Sonia were the best hosts. Flawless and immediate response communication (key with these rental services) The Condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Very nice finishes and decoration. Pleasant Stay

The location was amazing. Close to the beach and many of the local amenities and restaurants. Communication with the owners was great. Always there to help. The place is even nicer that what the pictures show. It exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay there again.

Our property is unique because of its open concept and copious amounts of natural light. There is an outdoor expansive balcony to enjoy that overlooks the pool and lounge area with sliding glass door entrances from the living room and master bedroom. Our location is also unbeatable as it is located right in the center of Tamarindo, yet tucked away off of the main street. It is a 1 minute walk down to the beach. It stands right behind El Mercadito, which is an outdoor eatery with cuisine options for all. You are close to boutiques, shops, surfing, restaurants, and bars.
