Our home is beautiful... Casa Aak(Aak is turtles in the Mayan language) has a wide open floor plan that leads to a beautifully designed kitchen. Maybe you want to spend the day with family and friends enjoying the outdoor living area. Your pool is located right off of the pocket sliding glass doors that disappear. The outdoor area has your own grill to cook whatever your taste desires. The first floor is perfect for your family to make lasting memories. Also, you will find on bedroom on this lower level with 2 twin beds.

As you make your way to the 2nd floor you will find 2 bedrooms with king beds and smart tvs for entertainment. There is another living room on the 2nd level that has a futon for extra sleeping space. The master bedroom is spacious and the master bathroom is pure luxury.

The 3rd level is a very large terrace with a jacuzzi and sunbeds. Enjoy a nice lunch while sunbathing and spending the day enjoying the sun. There is a bathroom with a shower on the terrace after fun in the sun . Also, a fullsize washer and dryer is located on the terrace.

Finally, there is a stunning park directly across from our home with beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and playground for the kids. It's another super way to enjoy the day with family and friends, and yet so close to the home...

The space
This very large modern new home finished in 2023 boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This home has its own pool and backyard area with a great layout for entertaining family and friends. It has smart tvs located throughout the home.
You can enjoy the beach which is only a 1/2 mile away and if you want a day away from the turquoise blue waters of the Carribean you can play golf at the Tulum Country Club PGA golf course that is located in the resort. It is the only PGA accredited golf course in Mexico and one of only 2 located in Latin America.
Besides enjoying golf and the Caribbean you can enjoy the restaurants in and around Tulum Country Club area along with the different attractions the area has to offer.
Pocket sliding glass doors lead out to the pool and outdoor living areas. You will love this home as it is luxury.

Please keep the air conditioner temperature between 22°C and 25°C, which is the comfortable temperature range for most people. If left at maximum temperature, rooms become too cold and begin to sweat, causing condensation on walls and windows, and causing drips and puddles of water, which is dangerous as floors slip. Pay attention!
To prevent mold and condensation, make sure all doors and windows are closed when using the air conditioner.
