While we always strive to accommodate our guests’ needs, your early arrival—an hour before the already earlier than listed and agreed check-in time—unfortunately meant our technician was unable to complete our standard pre-arrival checklist. This checklist ensures everything is in perfect order before guests settle in, allowing us to address any potential issues proactively. That said, unexpected equipment failures can occasionally occur, as it did with the equipment in this case, but we acted swiftly to replace and install a brand-new heater within just eight hours of us being notified. Regarding the WiFi, we completely understand the importance of a reliable connection. As we mentioned during your stay, the issue was due to a temporary Telmex service outage affecting the entire region, our service is a fiber optic, high speed gigabit router, however. Given that this area is a protected natural jungle reserve, occasional service disruptions can happen, though they are typically resolved quickly—just as this one was.
