No refunds: Not for those looking for Amenities or Comfort

Small apartment on third floor of building. Listing does not state floor unit is on. We stayed for 3 weeks... "Beds" are uncomfortable at best: plastic cover on double bed, and futons with bars straight down the middle. Pool was never accessible even after we got the code. Water and internet went out due to construction. A/C unit froze up during summer months, and no a/c in bedroom, terrible airflow. Owner DOES NOT refund for early check out, and there is no laundry or cleaning service during the stay.
