The interior is almost 4,000 square feet. It consists of a massive kitchen, dining room, living room and game room. The Hangout has 8 bedrooms, 6 of which have their own full bathroom. There is a mini-bunkroom on the main level, perfect for little ones. It sleeps 24 comfortably.

The Hangout has 2 separate decks, both with spectacular views of Table Rock Lake and the surrounding forest. The top deck has an 8-person hot tub and two gathering areas. The main floor deck has a 43" flat screen Smart TV, fire place, grill and a couple of gathering areas, as well

Washer/Dryer Room - Next to Master on left side of main hallway, has in it new, up-to-date washer & dryer

Bedroom 3 (the Mini-Bunkroom) - Next to Washer/Dryer Room. Has in it a wooden, built-in bunk bed with mini-bed on top - a lot of fun for the little ones! Blackout curtains.

Kitchen - Fully equipped, including blender, 3 coffee makers and huge island with bar stools

Living Room - Two comfortable couches and chairs, 2 ottoman, fire place, 50" flat screen Smart TV, door to back deck,
which leads directly to outdoor gathering areas and grill, view of Table Rock Lake and surrounding forest. Beautiful!

Dining Room - Situated along windows facing the Lake, the dining room has two large tables that sit 8 each, comfortably. There is a bar along the wall that sits 6. The island sits 4. The set-up is perfect for brining your crew together
