The space has top of the line appliances in the kitchen, to include air fryer oven. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances & spices.

Living space with lots of comfortable seating. Couch easily pulls out to a comfortable queen sleeper.
Spa like bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity. Front load washer/dryer in unit. Queen size bed with luxury linens.

BYOB & stock the bar. Bring your favorite vinyl's & relax to music on the record player, or stream music via Bluetooth.

You'll want to start your day with coffee on the porch, and finish your evenings watching the sun set on the water. The porch has comfortable seating to accommodate the entire group & high bar seating where you can eat or relax with a drink.
Utilize the PK grill to cook dinner for the family.
You are literally steps from the beautiful water of Lake Hamilton. Spend some time fishing or just relaxing on the swim dock. There are options for boat dock tie ups for day use.

You are in a central location that makes it easy to access any of the many offerings in Hot Springs. Share rides available in the area... Restaurants & bars... A short ride to Oaklawn Track & Casino.
Hot Springs has limitless offerings: hiking, biking, water sports, bathhouses/spas, camping, fishing, crystal mining & a host of other adventures.
This unit has a huge walk-in closet & great storage. It would make an excellent unit for someone looking for a longer stay (Racing Season, Employee on a Travel Assignment, Summer Holiday, etc). If you are interested in a longer term rental, please contact owner for special rates. NO CLEANING FEES

So relaxing

Very spacious and clean! We enjoyed coffee every morning looking at the lake. It was super close to all of the excitement going on in downtown Hot Springs.
