Feels Like Home!

It was our 4th stay at this house, and we can't say enough good things about it! The place is perfect for your needs, well stocked and in a great neighborhood. David is an amazing host, great communication and incredibly helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Great Stay in Eden

This was our second stay in this property and we will be back again. The house is comfortable, clean and well appointed. Most important the owner David is a great guy who is responsive, helpful and accommodating.

This property is fantastic! Beautiful location, wonderful amenities, everything we could have possibly needed during our stay, from pots and pans to spices to kitchen accessories to outside lawn chairs! The pool and clubhouse area were great, perfect places to just sit and relax. The whole area was simply beautiful and peaceful, we even woke up one morning to a huge deer just sitting in the backyard! Having a gas grill was an extra bonus, it allowed us to stay at the VRBO and make more meals than we planned and enable us to have some wonderful family time. David, our host, left us a very nice gift basket upon check-in and was always available to answer questions through text if needed. I would highly recommend David's place to anyone looking for a quality, well kept, clean VRBO in the Ogden/Eden/Huntsville area. We will be back!

Spring Break

Loved the property. David was available for any of our needs. Neat, clean, organized and fully stocked with every item one would need. Plenty of room and sleeping space for family of five. Perfect location to ski Nordic Valley, Snow Basin and Pow Mow. Would absolutely try to rebook with David if we get back out to Utah.

Luxury home in Eden

This house was the best equipped and cleanest home we have ever stayed in. Included were all the small touches that are the difference between “just a rental,” and true luxury. The kitchen had everything needed to cook gourmet meals, there were plenty of extra linens, and instructions from the owner were printed and very clear. Communication with the owner by text was immediately answered. The location was perfect for skiing at Powder Mountain or Snowbasin. You can’t do better in Eden than to stay here.

We had a mini family reunion in Eden, Utah and can't express how wonderful the area was and how wonderful your home was😀 It was perfect.... Warm,welcoming, and great for our family of 8... Even when we had everybody over for dinner for a total of 12 there was plenty of room.. The goodie bag was just what we needed after a long ride... Thx again for everything!!!!! Perfect Eden Home

We came to Eden for a ski trip. The House exceeded all expectations. Pictures represented the house well. The house was clean and equipped with supplies. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill worked perfectly. This made cooking meals easy. There were even spices available for our use. We could tell the owner takes pride in his home and makes every effort for his guests to be comfortable and happy. Great beds and comfortable furniture throughout. Dave answered every inquiry quickly and even directed us to a Medical Clinic when needed. Proximity to Powder Mountain is perfect. We had an excellent time and are already looking forward to returning next year. We stayed 2 weeks and were sad to leave. Hopefully we will be able to stay even longer next year. Thank you Dave for all your help and sharing your home with us.

Adequate, but a bit frustrating

The house was fine, but a few details were frustrating: - The kitchen was over equipped with some things, but short on others (1 cutting board, no sharp knives) - The hot water was not turned up enough to have a 'hot' shower - The pool table is in the garage, which is not heated, making it more or less useless in the winter - The broiler in the oven did not work - There is no dresser for your clothes in the queen room - The television sound and picture regularly break up Easy to resolve all of these, so puzzling.

Great Cabin for Family Vacation

This was a perfect cabin for our family. It is in a quiet HOA that is just a short drive to the lake or the ski resort. The furnishings were great. The kitchen was great. And the host was great. We loved it.

Better than advertised!

Loved this place. Clean, in great condition, beautifully decorated, fully appointed with every kitchen implement you can imagine, and even got some local beer and wine in the deal!

The perfect ski vacation home

Staying at David’s property was a pleasure - comfortable, well stocked, convenient to both the town and Powder Mountain and super clean. David thought of many little details that made our stay super easy (i.e. personalized key code for entrance to the house). Communication, checkin/out, everything was a breeze. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful house in a great location

We were two couples on a ski trip. Snow Basin was about a half-hour away, and Powder Mt was about 15 minutes. The king bed was very comfortable, and the entire house has very nice amenities and decor. A pleasant place to hang out when not skiing. The hot tub is not at the house, but at the Clubhouse (.18 mile) with an amazing mountain view. The host was very quickly and helpfully responsive to our few questions.

A beautiful retreat!

We enjoyed our trip to Eden, thanks to having this lovely retreat for our family. The home felt very clean (thank you!), roomy, comfortable, complete with plenty of helpful amenities like coffee filters, sanitizer wipes, and even a welcome basket with a bottle wine! Convenient to the clubhouse with incredible views and a pool for the kids to enjoy. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Brilliant time in Eden

The owner was excellent, very friendly and very responsive to any questions. Easy to work with. The house was first class, very modern, clean and had every convenience we could possibly need. The owner also made available paddle boards, kayaks, camping kit and a pool table. Critically internet access in the house was brilliant. Fast and reliable. The house is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area of Eden and we had access to a pool and cardio equipment at the local clubhouse. We choose to join the Wolf Creek resort for the month we were there to have accesses to a full weights and cardio gym as well as various Yoga and fitness class. Family membership for the month was under $100. We miss the house and the area already and we would fully recommend the owner and the house, not to mention the area for short or long term stays. You wont be disappointed!

Beautiful home in Trappers Ridge

We had the perfect stay in this beautiful mountain home. It is upscale and tastefully decorated for the mountain feel you want away from the city. The beds and sheets were so comfortable. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we've ever rented (around the world) with everything we needed and excellent pots and pans - bowls, dishes, etc. The floor plan is really nice and spacious with vaulted ceilings and nicely appointed bathrooms. We used the patio for eating meals in the cozy nature of the back yard. We even had a beautiful buck graze a few feet away. We would rent this home again. David is a top notch homeowner and communicated quickly with information or answering our questions. Thanks for a great get-away.

Very clean and extremely well stocked with basic necessities such as TP, paper towels, coffee filters, some spices, and extra towels if needed, Plenty of cooking utensils and plates made it very convenient for making meals. Excellent location with local market and the two great ski areas of Powder and Snowbasin nearby. Downtown Ogden was just a 20-25 minute drive away as well. David the owner, couldn't have been more informative and helpful.

Utah Vacation

We loved our stay in Eden! The house was very clean and welcoming! It was perfect for our family of 7! It was also an ideal location for skiing Powder Mountain. The owners were fantastic and easy to work with. They even accommodated us when our flight got canceled and we asked if we could extend our stay. They made the process easy and we couldn’t have been more grateful. We look forward to visiting again!

David’s place was “Picture perfect” it looked exactly like it did in the photos by far even better in person! David was super easy to work with and the best communicator you could ask for! I’ve stayed in several vacation homes/hotel rooms and David’s home by far was fully stocked & wow”d me!! I give this place an A+ especially during these times of uncertainty with COVID-19 this place was exceptionally clean ! Definitely hoping to get back to his property if not this season next definitely worth the time and money spent!
