Multiple hiking trails, including the Mad River Trail, are within walking distance of the condo. If you don't feel like walking down to the town beach at Corcoran's Pond, you can opt for a dip in the on-site swimming pool. Live music and local events are always something to look out for on the town calendar.

A ground-floor location within the complex ensures easy and convenient access to the condo. The bright, updated interior comes well-appointed with all the modern comforts of home. In the summer months, stretch out on the private deck. In the wintertime, relax with shows and movies on the smart TV. Overall very good

Very clean and modern property and would stay here again. I would only offer two suggestions: there is no dryer in this unit. It was listed as having a dryer but in fact what they call a dryer is a spin cycle on the washer which is misleading. Second, they listed having two couches that pull out into twin beds. They had those but provided no blankets for these beds, which was a problem for us.

Would not recommend

Stay was not pleasant. Rental had a bad smell, alarm went off in utility room and then water stopped working on last day so had to leave a day early. Texted /called Vacasa several times over multiple days but never got a call back. On one of my callbacks I was told there was nothing they could do “because owner wasn’t calling them back”. Such a bad experience! Vacasa was awful to deal with.

Lots of pet hair and lack of response from owner

Writing this review after a 2 stay for a short ski trip with my husband and daughter. Based on the listing pictures we were not expecting a 5 star hotel but we were expecting it to be clean. However, after 10 minutes of being there my daughter was playing on the area rug and when she stood up her pants were covered in pet fur! I ended up vacuuming right then and there and filled a the whole canister. The owner must have a pet/pets with long white hair! After vacuuming we kept noticing more and more clumps of hair. Shortly after check in Vacasa did reach out via text asking for a cleanliness rating. I expressed my concerns and sent multiple pictures to show that it was not clean and that the pet hair was everywhere. I am still waiting on a final assessment from vacasa. The heating unit kept beeping every few munites so i had reached out to the owner asking how to stop it but never heard back. Another complaint I have is regarding the furniture, the couches were very small and the types you would expect in college dorms. The shower head also leaked and would spray water all over the place. We had brought food to cook for dinners but after seeing how dirty it was ended up eating out each meal. I will say the location was great if you're skiing at Waterville! If you are looking for a cheap place to crash while skiing and dont mind someone else pet hair all over everything then this place would be fine for you. But I would never stay here again!

This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide to our valued guests. Rest assured, we have taken your comments seriously and have addressed the matter with our cleaning crew to ensure this is an isolated incident.
