This home offers a fully equipped kitchen where one can prepare their catch of the day. The living room has Firestick Smart TV/WIFI internet and views of the Sea of Abaco. Other amenities include microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, gas stove, air condition, ceiling fans in the Master Bedroom and Living room, washer/dryer for stays longer than 3 nights. Sorry no smoking inside or pets.

Located only 5 minutes away is one of Abaco's most frequented snorkeling spots called 'Mermaid's Reef'. At the reef you can swim among bright tropical fish or enjoy the varied sea life on the live reef heads (shoals). After a refreshing dip at 'Mermaid's Reef' stroll down to 'The Jib Room' for a cocktail and lunch http://www.jibroom.com. The 'downtown tourist strip' is approx. 2-3 miles away, where there are local souvenir shops, Dockside grocery store, restaurants and much more. Colours by the Sea, Snappas and Wally's Restaurants are open for meals. Day rentals are an excellent way to explore Great Abaco which is 135 miles long. Cars and bicycles can be rented from Rental Wheels http://www.rentalwheels.com which is a 5-8 minute walk from Seagrape by the Sea. The Abacos are made up of multiple outer islands all within close proximity to Great Abaco. Visiting these outer islands is an excellent idea for a day trip in a rental boat or you can take the local island ferry. This quiet but friendly neighborhood boasts spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the waterfront and makes this home an ideal location for a couple or small family.

Marsh Harbor trip

April was an awesome host. The unit was everything as described on the listing. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the views from the back yard were great. Short walk to the marina and restaurants.

Great waterfront location

April made us feel like family before we even arrived! Great spot on the hill with access to the Abaco Sound to the north, and a quick walk to Marsh Harbor to the South. Easy walk to marinas, restaurants and stores. 5 nights is not enough.

Pelican Shores Apt

This is my 2nd time at this property.It is located in a private neighborhood, and all of the neighbors are very friendly. The place has plenty of space, but it is the view from the backyard that makes the property. You are facing the bay and several islands, and it is incredible. My host is more than helpful, and was always available if I had a question. Something else important on the island is that I always had great water pressure in the shower, and never ran out of hot water. There are two AC units, that make the room very comfortable after you have spent a day on the water. I will be going back soon, and will not stay anywhere else.

Quick Get-Away

Nice place! Wish I had stayed longer. It's not in town, but I was able to walk into town, to restaurants, without any problem. The view from the front of the unit is incredible. Water is so clear! If you snorkel, there's some nice reef just off the property. Air conditioning works great, and the kitchen is nicely appointed.

Great location and clean

My husband & I enjoyed a long weekend at this amazing sea front apartment. The pics are accurate but doesn’t show the sound and beauty of the ocean. Just slide open the windows with screens and sleep by the sea. It also has every amenity you can imagine! We could have stayed 4 days without grocery shopping unless we wanted to cook. It has everything! April is also very helpful if you need it.
