Welcome to the Greenhouse! Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Only 5 minutes from the airport, within 10 miles from Downtown Seattle and less than 5 miles from shopping, retail and entertainment at Westfield Southcenter. You'll be close to the city yet surrounded by trees and greenery – the best of both worlds.
The space
This is a new construction home, built in 2022 and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We carefully furnished the place to reflect the beautiful Pacific Northwest, using deep blues and greens to represent the Puget Sound, mountains, forests and greenery that are signature to this area.

The space features two bedrooms with queen size memory foam beds in luxury linens, large closets, room darkening shades – one bedroom has a work/vanity desk and the other has a dresser. You will also have your own full size kitchen and dining room that is stocked with essentials, a full bathroom, a washer and dryer, central air/heater and much more.

Additionally, this space is equipped with super fast Wi-Fi, great for video calls and 4k streaming on a 65” Samsung smart tv.
Guest access
You will have your own private space including your own patio with a separate entrance. You will be provided a unique access code so you can come and go as you please.
Other things to note
- Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

- This house is near the airport so there is a potential for noise from the planes flying by. However, we have installed double paned windows to help minimize noise.

- We provide starter amenities such as toiletries, paper towels, dish soap, detergent, trash bags, tea/coffee. If you require more amenities, kindly take care of restocking.
