Welcome to our comfortable, newly remodeled home. Fully furnished 4BR/2BA with central A/C, two king beds and two queen beds. You'll find a basement home theater, a Peloton, smart TVs throughout, and a fully stocked kitchen. The gated yard is perfect for dogs (they're welcome!), and a detached backyard office makes remote work easy. Highland Park is a friendly, diverse, tree-lined neighborhood that feels genuinely removed from the city — yet downtown Seattle is just a 15-minutes away.
About the Space.
The upstairs kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together in a bright, open layout — great for cooking and hanging out at the same time. Dual-zone central heat & A/C keep the house comfortable.
The master bedroom has high ceilings and its own en suite full bathroom. Downstairs offers a second living space with a bedroom, the home theater and Peloton, so everyone can spread out. Outside, the fully fenced yard has a patio and garden area perfect for grilling, morning coffee, or evening drinks.
About the area.
You're walking distance from White Center — one of Seattle's best-kept-secret food neighborhoods, with incredible tacos, craft breweries, and live music venues. Westcrest Park is practically next door with trails, open meadows, and an off-leash dog area. Lincoln Park’s waterfront is 3 miles away and Alki Beach’s restaurant district is a 15-minute drive for stunning skyline views and waterfront dining. Downtown is about 15 minutes via Highway 99 or I-5, and Sea-Tac Airport is roughly 9 miles away. Street parking is always easy, and Metro bus routes nearby connect you to the rest of the city.
