Quiet yet convenient location

This is a newly renovated unit that had everything we needed. The only complaint is that the frames for the twin beds were metal so they were noisy and the mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. Hope they're replaced soon.

While the condo is newly renovated and bright, kitchen supplies are lacking, master bedroom missing a night stand and the bed needs a mattress pad. The living room needs more lighting. The amenities and people in this quiet community are wonderful and is what kept us from relocating to another rental.

Sparsely furnished

Condo has been newly renovated but windows are old and do not open easily or at all and some do not lock. Only one corner lap in living room and no rug. We took lamps from bedrooms for reading lamps in living room. Some shelves would make condo a bit cozier for indoor time( had 2 weeks of cool, rainy weather. Kitchen could use bowls, mugs and baking supplies. We enjoy cooking- especially when staying a month. A welcome book with garbage day instructions etc would be nice along with a key fob for pool access. The neighbors were nice enough to loan us theirs. We loved having the pickle ball courts out back and met many nice neighbors via pickleball. Neighborhood is quiet.

This condo was a great location for a 3 week stay. Close to Siesta Beach, Legacy Trail, and retail, yet the community was very quiet and safe. Nice pool and hot tube. The condo was recently updated and in very good condition and clean. The host was very responsive. The coffee post failed, we contacted the host and a new one was shipped that evening along with a bag of coffee. We had a great stay and would definitely go back.
