We loved the location. We prefer to stay in Village Des Pins rather than directly on the beach, which is more crowded, noisy, and expensive. You get a lot more space for your money here, including a garage, full kitchen 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a washer and dryer. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, as well. We went to the beach daily, so really appreciated having a sturdy functioning umbrella with an extra anchor. The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation (including SHARP knives). Even the lanai screening was clean, which has not always been the case in other rentals. We enjoyed the neighborhood pool and jacuzzi a couple of evenings, and it, too, was very clean.

Beautiful condo and quiet neighborhood

Easy access to grocery, beaches, restaurants.Super clean accommodations. Pretty pool area and access to anything needed. Would definitely visit again and recommend.

This property was not only beautiful to look at but felt safe and relaxing with enough room and games/toys and an outside play gym that everyone was kept entertained Tranquil sitting area inside and out to enjoy the sun and fresh air, quite neighborhood with a great little shopping complex just up the hill that has all you need including The Pavilion Hotel which has great food and chilled vibeTiff's ease communication was refreshing and she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect

Great rental!

Wonderful getaway house

The property was very well equiped, clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to the few questions that we had. Unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short and head back north due to the Coronovirus oubreak..

Another wonderful stay

Florida get-away destination

We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent as Alice's guest. The villa is well equipped with everything from an extra blanket for the late night chill to a kitchen complete with the things that we needed for meals. Including an electric tea kettle. We would gladly stay there again.

Sarasota Villa Beach Vacation

The property was exactly as the pictures. Very comfortable and roomy. Owner was pleasant and communication was superb. 10 min drive to Siesta beach and 30 min drive to Lido beach and shops. Do not miss the Unconditional Surrender statue. All was great!!!

Lovely house!

We were very comfortable here and the owner was very responsive. Important to note that this house is only for a maximum of 3 guests which it says in the ad, but I did not notice initially. The second bedroom is a single with a desk which was convenient for us as my husband needed to work.

Our listing clearly states that the villa can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. You booked it for 2 people as per VRBO notice. Yet later you wrote you wanted 4 to stay in my villa. I was kind to say…..watch out….not possible….only max 3. The villa was renovated and it is ideal for 2 people, max 3. I was happy to host you twice. Thanks for being a return customer.

Worth it!

Alice and her home were fantastic. The unit was exactly what was outlined on the post. The home was very clean and cozy. We had one minor issue after hours that could have gone bad, but one of the neighbors saved the day. Overall we would stay here again on our next trip to Sarasota.

Exceptionally Clean and Quiet!!!

This property was just as described! My husband comment on the exceptional cleanliness of the home many times! The neighborhood is pristine, beautiful and quiet. It is like a quiet oasis in the middle of the city! Takes a few minutes to drive to places but it is well worth the money! We extended our stay and will return, although this gem is already booked for the season!!!! Craig & Gail
