アパートの面積は55㎡で、元の30年代のスタイルを保ちながら改装されました。 それは、ソファ付きのリビングルーム、大きなシャワー付きのバスルーム、真新しい設備の整ったキッチンとベッドと真のベッドを持っています。

アパートはとても良い立地です。 Schuman、欧州議会、欧州委員会の多くの建物（rue de la Loi）まで徒歩15分、Park Royalと主要美術館まで10分、Grande Placeまで徒歩20分以内です。

近隣はとてもダイナミックでコスモポールです。お店は遅く、週末に営業しています。近くには安くて良いレストランがたくさんあります。

Great location.

Nice space in an active neighborhood 900 feet away from the Metro and bus stops half a block away. Loved the space, perfect for our needs.

Saint-Josse-ten-Noode convenient to downtown Brussels

The property is VERY spacious, well located and well supplied with everything needed...even a clothes washer. The diverse local neighborhood is vibrant, safe, and very convenient to both bus and tram routes to the Centraal Train station and to downtown. Great local restaurants with local fare at reasonable prices. BTW - NOT in middle of "tourist central" and the related frenzy.

Comfortable home base

Everything was as expected from the reviews and the property description. The apartment was clean and quite comfortable. The elevator was a bonus! The Metro, stores, and restaurants were close by, and the neighborhood quite diverse. It was a 25 minute walk to the Grande Place, which gave opportunity to see more of the city.

Spacious but Quirky

Location is good with public transit readily available. A secure but dated building. The kitchen was well equipped. Both the bed and seating are somewhat uncomfortable. Cinzia responded in a timely manner when we needed help getting hot water.

Super emplacement

Très bien situé à proximité du métro et des commerces et à quelques minutes du centre de Bruxelles dans un quartier populaire et agréable. Logement parfait pour 3 personnes et très bien équipé.

Nice apartment for a longer stay

I checked in at about 4:00 pm, the earliest check-in time. You can buzz the apartment and someone comes down. The apartment is close to the center of Brussels and there are groceries, banks, and pharmacies nearby. It's a good-sized one bedroom with a balcony. It's rather quiet inside even for being in a relatively central part of the city. The neighborhood is residential and diverse.

Calme et fonctionnel

J'ai passé dix jours ds cet appartement pour le travail. Il est très très bien situé (metro, commerce, cafe typique sympa). La propriétaire a repondu a ttes mes demandes de renseignements. Bref tt bien tt bon.

Wonderful

The apartment is clean and comfortable. I stayed there for 3 months. It is very near all types of transportation and city center is easily walkable. Cinzia is extremely easy to work with. The neighborhood is very ethnically mixed with all types of food available. Everything you need is right there. No view is available but it is a very quiet. I will likely return in the future.

PERFECT HOLIDAY

The apartment is well equipped and close to the centre. The owner is nice and considerate. There are shops nearby and the means of transport are within 1-2 minutes walk. I warmly recommend it!

Great apartment.

First of all I want to thank Cinzia and Erik for contacting us very fast overseas. We had to tell them that the manager was not there and that we had a communication problem with the kind neighbour who had the appartment key. Apart from that they were very kind with our daughter and we are very grateful for it. The apartment is located just between Madou plaza (Metro,skyscraper) and a multicultural neighbourhood. It's very quiet and people do their own business. Absolutely no problems. The flat is clean, the kitchen is new and you´ll find all you need for a good stay(washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, microwave...) We recommend it.

Good value and location

The apartment is within 20 min walk of the Grand Place and 5 min from the Metro. Parking is within 2 minutes and not too expensive. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Groceries within 2 minutes walk. The apartment is not luxuruous by any means, but has a well-appointed new kitchen and shower. Recommended for a short stay - for longer stays the lack of a decent window view may become an issue. The owners split their time between the USA and Brussels; getting hold of them was a little slow. Otherwise very friendly!

Convenient base for exploring Brussels

We chose this apartment for its proximity to the Van Orley International House, where our daughter had been staying for her semester abroad in Brussels. The location was perfect for us -- it is only a short walk to the subway. We felt expected and were warmly welcomed by the owner -- everything was brand new, including a greatly appreciated American-style coffee pot! You won't need a car, but if you drove to Brussels, you will find a convenient parking garage only half-a-block away. The neighborhood is busy, and has several grocery stores and inexpensive restaurants nearby. (The apartment faces the back of the building, however, so street noise is not a problem.) The apartment felt compact, yet spacious -- a bedroom, living room (with a convertible sofa bed), a kitchen, and a separate eating area. We felt very lucky to have found these accommodations, and would gladly stay here again.
