This 2-story townhome is beautifully decorated and fully equipped and very close to the center of Ole! You enter the property through a spacious Lanai for morning coffee or evening wine and lounging with sectional and four-top table. First floor has living room, dining area, kitchen with granite countertops and bar, half-bath and attached one-car garage. Second floor has two bedrooms queen sized beds, double-sinks in master bath, spacious closets, office area and laundry. The home is also equipped with beach/pool towels, four beach chairs, beach umbrella, four bikes, three TVs and amenities throughout. Ole is a unique Mediterranean-styled neighborhood within Lely Resort and Country Club.
