Vacation Getaway

We really enjoyed the condo. Owner was very easy to deal with and communicated with us on a regular basis leading up to our arrival. Great location close to shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Great condo

This condo was great for our stay. There is an elevator and it's on the end of the building so was quiet. Ate on the lanai every morning. There were a few issues that were taken care of immediately. Great communication!

A Delightful Stay

As soon as we walked into the condo, we k ew this qas going ro be a great stay. The decor was simple yet relaxing. The view from this 2nd floor condo was perfect!! The location was perfect as many restaurants and shopping centers were near. We felt safe. This was a lovely stay and the host was easy to communicate with.

Family vacation

My husband, two kids and I stayed here for vacation. It is a clean beautiful home that has everything you could ever need for your stay. We were close to the beach and local stores. The owner was great with contacting you with all the details and checked in throughout the trip. I couldn't have asked for a better host. We had an amazing time and hope to come back again soon!

Great for small group (2couples)

All went well. Friend missed having a tv in his bedroom. No other complaints. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Friendly neighbors. Lots of good stores and restaurants in the area. Jimmy was very cordial.

Lovely stay

This spacious condo is very clean and the condo complex has a lovely pool. People are quiet and friendly. The master bedroom is large and sits at the back of the condo which makes it quiet. The only issue we had was there was no door to the master bathroom so if you need to use it, you would wake up your spouse. Since there were only 2 of us, we used the other washroom. We appreciated having a washer and dryer and a lanai. The kitchen was well stocked and essentials like toilet paper, kleenex, paper tower and garbage bags were supplied. The host is very communicative, kind and gets back to you if you have any questions. He is absolutely amazing!

Exceptional condo!

My sister and I enjoyed 10 days at this property! The condo was very clean and really well equipped with everything we needed! The beds were so comfortable! It was a short walk to a beautiful pool and hot tub (which we enjoyed daily). The pool was heated which was grand! The development was in a beautiful residential area and was very safe. The condo was in an excellent location (the best location we have ever stayed in the 15 years we have gone to Naples). Just 10 minutes from our favorite beach in SW Florida (Tigertail Beach on Marco Island). My sister and I are avid shellers and feel that this is the best beach for shelling in the entire area). We also loved that the condo was just minutes from Aldi/Publix. The owner of the property was so kind and responsive. Thank you, James for everything! We hope to stay at your beautiful property from now on!

Perfect Place for a Getaway

My wife and I spent a week at this property. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The unit was well equipped with anything that you would want or need. We cooked in a lot and had all the necessary pots and pans we needed. Loved eating breakfast and dinner out on the lanai. What a peaceful setting. The heated pool was a great way to relax to begin or end the day. We really appreciated that James provided chairs, umbrella and cooler. That's a huge plus when we go on vacation in Florida. It's great knowing that we don't have to pay any extra money to rent them. So close to so many restaurants if you do decide to eat out. If you ever had any questions, James was very quick to answer. We will always stay at this rental for now on whenever we visit Naples. Thanks again James for a great stay. Looking forward to staying there in the future.

Fantastic Stay

This was the very first time we have used VRBO and we couldn’t be more pleased. Our host was an excellent communicator and everything went smoothly. His condo was stocked with everything we needed and was well thought out. The beds were excellent! We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.
