Summary:
Newly built and beautifully designed, a perfect landing spot after a day of exploring Nashville. Located near some of the best hotspots in the eclectic East Nashville neighborhood and only a few miles away from Broadway and downtown. Plenty of space to spread out in this bright and freshly decorated 3 floor townhome.
The Space:
We are proud to say this property is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay, following the protocols set forth by the CDC.
This beautifully designed home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it very easy for multiple guests to get ready at the same time!
The first floor features a bedroom with adult sized queen over queen bunk beds.
On the second floor, features an open concept living, dining, kitchen and full bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped for those who wish to cook, bake or entertain. The dining table seats 8, so you can enjoy a meal together.
In the living room, large flat screen TV and a sectional for plenty of seating.
On the third floor, the second bedroom has a king size bed with an attached full bath with a beautiful walk in shower.
In the third bedroom located on the third floor, there are two queen size beds with an attached full bath.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house.
Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft is readily available in the area!
Other Things to Note:
We have enough parking for 2 vehicles in the garage. We also have a parking lot that is paid parking but does not allow overnight. There is additional free street parking nearby.
