Kitchen equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator, crockery, glasses, cutlery, sandwich maker, oven, blender, mixer, etc. Cable TV in the living room. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in every room, including the living room and dining room. Suite with 1 double bed, a room with 2 bunk beds (4 places) and another room with 1 bed and 4 mattresses. Bedrooms with closets and hangers. Area with tank and washing machine and portable clotheslines. Balcony in front of the house with hammock and table with 4 chairs. A parking space inside the condominium and other parking spaces outside, with 24 hour guard. Grassy area with table and 4 chairs, covered barbecue and shower. Condominium with recreation area with pool, soccer / volleyball court and sauna. Homemade and watchman 24 hours a day.

ótimo custo benefício

Casa em ótimo condomínio, próximo à praia que é ótima para quem vai com criança por ser calma, plana e com águas mais quentinhas que as demais. Próximo também a uma ótima padaria/mercearia. Proprietária super atenciosa, procurou atender às nossas necessidades com grande presteza. Só não foi melhor pois perdemos alguns dias com a chuva forte que teve na cidade e acabou afetando as casas do condomínio.

Casa muito confortável

Chegamos na casa e estava tudo limpo e exatamente como estava nas fotos. A proprietária D. Soraya foi atenciosa a todo momento.A casa é bastante confortável e todos os eletrodomésticos funcionando.O condomínio totalmente familiar e com segurança. Indico à amigos e família. Semana maravilhosa e pretendemos voltar!
