This is a beachfront unit with a balcony that faces west, providing direct views of the beach and the Gulf. One of the few beachfront buildings with a heated pool, available for 7-night minimum stays. Fully renovated contemporary beach condo. Bright kitchen with breakfast bar. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

You are only a 10-minute walk to Pier 60 where you can enjoy Sunset Celebrations at the Pier every night, weather permitting, with music, live entertainment and people selling fun stuff! Across the street from the Pier is the Clearwater Marina where you can make arrangements to go out on the Pirate ship, a dolphin watching excursion, para-sailing or a lunch or dinner cruise among many options!

Easy walking access to many restaurants and your typical beach shopping! Come and enjoy the sunsets and all that Clearwater Beach has to offer!

This condo is secured with ResortLock. This means you will get a unique access code that is only active for the length of your stay and past visitors will no longer have a working code as well during your stay.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July, and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

This property is just far enough away from the overcrowded beaches. Beach is beautiful and not crowded and just far enough away. There are restaurants and things are in walking distance. Not too far from the strip. We enjoyed our‘s time at the condo. The views from the balcony are amazing. This condo is a great beach getaway.

Well maintained unit on the third floor with an absolutely stunning view of the beach from both the master bedroom and family room. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler were found in the laundry room which came in handy. Perfect location, close to the main strip but far enough away that it was not too busy. Would book again!

Simply beautiful location! On the quieter end of Clearwater Beach, which is just what we wanted! The condo was neat, clean, and spacious. Lots of things included at condo to use at the beach - chairs, noodles, umbrella. The check in got a 4 star because we had difficulty getting in and out - and it seems they knew they were having trouble with this before we got there. The cable went out, and maintenance was right on it. Our unit was missing kitchen linens like dish cloths and towels. We look forward to next year's trip!

Beautiful beach front Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this beach front property with a stunning view. It was clean, tastefully decorated and had a comfortable king size bed. It had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is a couple more dish towels since there was only 1 and maybe a few tupperware but that was really a minor thing. Being close to Pier 60, shops and restaurants was great. We loved our vacation at your lovely condo. We will be back! Thanks!

Post hurricane vacay

Since we put it in the title, we'll start by saying that the unit was mostly unaffected by the storms - with the exception of a non-working elevator, which was being worked on. A lot of the rest of the island was not so lucky, but they are working hard to restore things. Still, the beach is beautiful as ever. The big windows and patio facing the Gulf were spectacular. We didn't have all the dishes we needed for the family that joined us for part of our stay, but the management team was responsive about supplying extras when we asked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when the opportunity arises.

Great service. Condo was just lovely. Just a few things need fixed: sliding door in master bedroom to the balcony does not work at all, faucet in master bathroom is very loose and needs reglued to the counter. These things are minor and did not ruin our stay at all but should be looked into at some point. The view from the balcony was beautiful to say the least. Thank you for being easy to work with.

Great location and condition of the furnishings. We didn’t receive basic materials to sustain us for nine days. One cheap roll of paper towels, no garbage bags, minimal dishwasher soap, and few pods for laundry. Then wanted you to run the dishwasher and washer with towels in it and thet don’t give you enough soap. No surface cleaner to clean the kitchen and no scrubbers to clean pots. Had to beg them for wine glasses. There was one plastic wine glass when we arrived. Spent over 3000 and 20 dollars worth of amenities would have made it 100% better.

Gorgeous ocean view!

We loved our stay in A-19 Villas of Clearwater. It was clean, bigger than expected and had everything we needed! We were on the top floor (5) and it was a nice option to have an elevator when needed. The beach is beautiful and we were only steps away. We could sit in the morning and watch dolphins go by, and watch the sunset over the water in the evening, all from our balcony. It is about a 15 minute walk on the beach to Sunset 60 pier, which has fun things to see and do in the evenings. Great restaurants in walking distance too! It is a 5 minute drive to Clearwater Marine Aquarium, where our girls were going to camp. The girls loved the loft bedroom and preferred to stay up there. We were extremely pleased with this condo and hope to return! Truly loved our trip!!

Great location and unit

This is a great spot. We stayed with our 2 children. The unit is huge compared to other ocean side units we have rented. Includes all the beach stuff you need. Comes furnished with everything you need to cook your own meals. One complaint is regarding the front door to the unit. It would not lock. We contacted the property manager multiple times. A maintenance person came to fix once but it was never fixed. Overall a great unit and would highly recommend.

My family loved this vacation! The condo was beautiful and felt like home. We will definitely rent it again in the future. There are a few things that need updated in order for the condo to be safer for children. 1. The mirror in the master bedroom needs to be attached to the wall so it does not fall. 2. It would be nice to have a bar for the sliding doors that lead to the balcony. It would add another level of security. Everything else was perfect! Anything we needed was there! This will probably be our go to spot in the future!

Fabulous Location … Oceanfront! Can’t get any better. The Villas of Clearwater Beach are old buildings, however, the units have been updated. Very nice pool! A8 had nice furnishings, few washcloths and only 1 kitchen towel for a week! Needs 4 nice new throw pillows for couches and needs a chair recliner instead of the stiff chair. Other than the little picky items, otherwise very nice unit !

From the moment I spoke to the agent on the phone at Florida Beach Rentals, I felt confident this would be a great vacation. Every question was answered each time I called. Check in was quick and easy, everyone was friendly and informative. This Condo was fully equipped as advertised. The rental unit was clean and well furnished with necessary items. Location on the beach was amazing, views are breathtaking. The north area of Clearwater is less busy than further down the beach and we immensely enjoyed this. The personal touch of the beautiful bouquet of yellow roses was much appreciated. Our family hopes to return in the future.

Nice updated condo

The condo was clean and updated. Loved the space it provided. Also loved the balcony and the view of the gulf. You definitely need a car, which we didn’t anticipate. Also I was disappointed that we had to supply our own TP and paper towels. I normally expect basic paper goods to be supplied. (And there is no grocery or drug store around so plan on using a delivery service especially if you don’t have a car.). In addition, there will only 3 very, very old beach towels so we had to purchase beach towels too. There were bath towels however only a few, forcing us to do a few loads of towels.
