#2- HOLIDAY SALE! NICE! Directly on the Sand! 2 BR- KING BED

Newly painted & refreshed beachfront condo, located directly on beautiful North Clearwater Beach! Unit is located on the 3rd floor with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private balcony overlooking the beach. Sleeps 6 with the futon & an air mattress. WiFi included, Smart TV's, beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. Just bring yourselves and you are ready to go! Fully equipped full-sized kitchen with enough supplies to get you started.

Washer & Dryer included in unit. Check-out is 10am. One Free parking spot included per unit. Guest parking available upon request. There is a pack n' play & a highchair for little ones. 2 Extra chairs for dining area are in accessible closet for more formal dinners (or larger families). Being able to climb stairs is a must. There is NO elevator there.

Full sized washer & dryer is there IN UNIT. Beach storage closet is downstairs under stairwell with lots of chairs, umbrellas & beach toys to use during your stay.

Contact-free check in/out. I will send you your own personalized code to enter unit. I am local and available if needed for any emergencies that may arise.

Located on the North end of Clearwater Beach just steps to the sand. Lots of cute restaurants & shops a short walk away, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay.

Golf Cart Rentals available, PSTA public bus & Jolly Trolley available for transportation close-by as well.

This condo is located on the top floor (3rd floor, because ground floor is parking) and being able to climb stairs is a must. There is no elevator. Please note, Florida has a lot of different types of possible annoyances (or features!) that are out of our control- Like excessive seaweed, red-tide, Lovebug season, mosquitoes, bugs, etc. Please have patience & understanding for any possible issues we have to work through. I will always do my best to make your trip the best it can be! If there is anything that I'm aware of before your stay, I will certainly let you know ahead of time.

Great location right on the beach

Location was - as advertised - top!. Quality of interior (especially furnitue, but also beds in second room) however clearly not up to the standard that you would (can) expect at this price levelCommunication with property manager was very good.

Amazing Condo!

Kristen was amazing to work with, communicated in a timely manner and the condo was perfect for our family. The location was amazing, the view to die for, and the ability to walk right out to the beach was exactly what we were looking for.

Awesome stay!

The property was very clean and well appointed. Kristen was great during the booking / check in process. Being on the north side of the island meant a less crowded beach. We will definitely be booking this property again!

We had an issue with the entry code but it was resolved quickly. The location was perfect. It’s steps away from the beach. The north end was less crowded. The inside was comfortable and family friendly! ❤️

We’ve been visiting Clearwater Beach for the past 15 years & staying at this property for the past 5. New management took over this year & the level of cleanliness & repairs are vastly improved. Kristen was polite, responsive & considerate in every way.

Awesome!

We loved this cozy place right on Clearwater Beach. Excellent location... we loved walking out of our place directly onto the sand to take nice long walks on the beach in either direction. On a really windy day, the deck was protected and perfect for being outside. Watching the sunset from the deck was awesome. Code on door makes it so easy to go in and out. No waiting for an elevator or walking through a hotel lobby. The outside of the building doesn't look as nice as the other properties around it but don't let that bother you! Beautiful views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Really comfy beach chairs provided. Excellent place to stay!

We loved this place!

This condo was awesome. I knew we were going to be on the beach, but I didn't realize how close. Right when you walk in the view is breathtaking. We loved watching the sunsets from our balcony and the kids loved waking up and running straight to the beach. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked. There were sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. The host Kristen was great and very accessible. If we come back to Clearwater, we will definitely stay here again!

Clearwater condo

Don’t be upset when you pull in as the building is deceiving. It sits right on the beach and it’s very nice inside and very clean. It’s a half mile walk down to the center of town. Just know that the condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Would be a struggle w older people or w young children. Also the beach supplies need upgrading as does the place they are stored under the steps outside and door is ready to fall off. Also the wood on the deck is rotting and gives under foot when walking on it. The beach towels 4 were very small so maybe bring your own. Beautiful sunsets can be seen right out on the porch!

You can not beat the location of this property. It’s the quiet end of Clearwater beach, yet sand is still raked daily. Easy walk to many restaurants and ideal for watching the sunset.

Fantastic beach condo!

Wow - What a wonderful week we had at this fantastic condo (perfect “winter” weather helped a lot too)!! We’d booked this unit as part of a month long stay in Florida, so we weren’t focused on the fact that it was winter break for many schools. The unit is about 0.8 miles north of the pier. If you wanted excitement and crowds, you can find that by the pier, but we were very pleased to hang out in the quieter north beach in front of our unit. We were able to take long walks on the beach, walk to restaurants every night, and we even walked to Caladesi Island State Park. The inside was wonderfully decorated with a beach theme and the primary bedroom and the living room both overlook the beautiful gulf view. The kitchen was well stocked and there were nice starter supplies available (new sponge, dish detergent, paper towel, Kleenex, toilet paper, etc.). The beds were comfortable, the big screen TVs were nice, and the balcony was a great place to sit, eat, or watch the gorgeous sunsets. We loved the keyless entry and all of our questions and communications were answered by Kristen in a timely and helpful manner. We highly recommend this unit. We hope to come again! Winter break week

This Cambria St condo in Clearwater Beach was ideally located for what our family desired - beach, fishing, wake surfing and easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. There is also a nice, non touristy, residential neighborhood nearby that we enjoyed walking through as an alternative to beach walks. The condo was very well appointed and was very clean and well managed. The host was an excellent communicator - prior to arrival, during our stay and afterwards when our son left some belongings. We would very much advise choosing this property and we would do so again!!!

Location! Location! Location! You cannot get closer to the beach. It's on the North end of the beach so it's far enough away to avoid the crowds & chaos, but close enough to walk to restaurants & shops. It's an older building but once you get inside, all your stresses melt away. I designed/decorated this property myself to be an escape from the hustle & bustle of life.

A hidden gem on the most famous beach in Florida (in my humble opinion). There are few things better than having your morning coffee or tea listening to the waves and birds before the rest of the Beach is awake. I hope you love it as much as I do! This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, in a smaller, private 6-unit condo building on the north end of Clearwater Beach. There is a storage area with lots of beach gear to use during your stay. There is unfortunately no elevator, so being able to climb stairs is necessary.
