Our family absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Orem townhome! We were here for 10 days during our family reunion, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like home away from home. The townhome was spotless, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location couldn't have been better. We had family activities throughout Orem, Provo, Alpine, and Salt Lake City, and this was the perfect central location for everything. It made getting around so easy while still giving us a peaceful place to come back to each evening. One of the highlights was how incredibly comfortable the beds were—we all slept so well every night, which made a huge difference after our busy days. It's not often you find a place that checks every box, but this one truly did. We made wonderful memories during our stay, and this townhome was a big part of what made our trip so enjoyable. We hope we get to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

Great location, clean and quiet

This property was clean and well equipped. The beds are super comfortable. Location was central to lots of things we wanted to do and experience. The hosts are responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

We rented this home for three weeks while my daughter found a job and waited for her apartment to open up. It is a perfect location. Her gym was nearby, there was a Walmart and Maverick. It was a safe neighborhood and a quiet townhome.

No frills but all you need

Wonderfully clean property close to everything. We were in town for UVU graduation and this had everything we needed for our family. The quick ride to UVU and Provo was convenient. The kitchen had all we needed to cook family dinners. And the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.

This is a nice property and close to all the places we wanted to go to.I would have given 5 stars except for a few details that would have made our stay much better. The ice maker did not work. Not enough towels and no laundry detergent to wash them. No wash cloths or dish cloths. No tradh bags.The showers sqeeled a high pitched noise.I tried to contact the host about batteries for a dead remote but never got a response.

The layout and potential for this property is there for this to be a great rental. However, the cleanliness was poor and several things were broken. The couches and dining table were all broken and my toddler found old food and wrappers. The floors were so dirty. Old water was left in the kettle. Chains for the fans and ceiling lights were broken off and left in random places.

The home itself and location were nice. However, the maintenence, offerings & staff need to upgraded. Floors felt and reflected on our feet that hadn't been cleaned in awhile. It was gross. I mopped all the downstairs and master with Dawn only thing there. Bar chairs are stained and very dirty. There was NO kitchen dish rags or towels. When we requested Joshua responded right away and said would have cleaner bring over. CLEANING LADY DIDN'T KNOCK. SHE JUST WALKED IN AND SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF US. The thermostat was set at 82 for A/C to come on in 100 temps and you can't easily adjust it. Mssgd owner and even he said it was hard but told us how to lower it and offered YouTube videos because of difficulty.The beds were comfortable but beyond that the home offers the least amount. There was is washer dryer but no basket or laundry soap cleaners left towels and sheets in dryer. You have to PROVIDE YOUR OWN kitchen supplies like salt pepper and coffee-no starter stuff even. No wash cloths, garbage bags (traveling with baby means diapers which we noted on reservation) or body wash or cleaning products besides Dawn soap. Limited silverware.It was just frustrating to travel a distance and then have to find a store for basics that 99% other rentals have. Why advertise having things if not offering the basics with it. No one wants to run around town after a day of travel.

Nice for the price

The condominium complex was an older one. The unit I stated in was clean, but the cabinets and carpet are clearly old. We could also hear our neighbors on both sides, but that was only a problem for me because I sleep in for health reasons. We brought three cars and one of them got towed which resulted in my dad having to pay 310 to get it back. Please be aware that every car you bring has to have a parking pass. The host was great and overall it was a nice place to stay at a good price.
