Pet Freindly Home in historic Downtown Wilmington with fenced yard

House is located less than a mile to all that downtown has to offer. Recently completed in November of 2023 and located on a very quiet street. Very easy access to all that Wilmington has to offer. A block from a few restaurants and a brewery and about 7 blocks to all of the action in downtown Wilmington. The cargo district is also about 7 blocks away. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with lots of natural light. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for entertaining. The living room has a large 75 inch tv and two leather couches, one of which is a queen sleeper sofa. There is also an elliptical work out machine as well as some free weights to get some exercise while you are staying here. The front porch has a rocking chair and table with chairs to enjoy the peaceful views of the area . The backyard is fenced in and has an outdoor couch and table as well. Perfect for those traveling with pets($100). If you are only staying for one night I will reduce the pet fee to $50. The owner has a separate entrance in the backyard to a studio attached to the house which he stays in many times of the year with his golden retriever. The main house space is all for the tenant and is locked off so the owner does not have access to this. There is internet as well as slingTV(cable) and NETFLIX to use. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. There is a drip coffee maker(and medium blend coffee), a ninja blender for smoothies, and the filtered water from the fridge is great. The Hi-wire brewery, Cugino Forno Pizza, and Bowstring Burgers and Brewyard are great choices to eat or have a beer and they are only a block away on 10th and Princess. Pets 1=$100, 2=$125
