This was a great house! It was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a great location for us and we would definitely stay there again. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. Five stars from us!

Our family stayed in Fargo for the lacrosse tournaments, and this home was perfect for our family. Location was wonderful and check in was great!! Would stay again.

Worked well for us

We came to town for the Fargo Marathon. There were 5 adults in our group. The home was clean,comfortable, and communication by the owner was helpful.

Great spot

This was a perfect spot for my family with lots of space for hanging out to watch a movie, play games, etc. It also has a great kitchen, comfy beds and was very clean. We will definitely be returning the next time we’re in Fargo!

Good location but lacking cleanliness

Nice location, easy to find. The bathroom had a six light vanity with only two of the bulbs working and they were very dusty. The toilet paper holder came off the first time I used it. The pillows on the bed for Decoration had dried smudge marks on them. White comforter also had a blood stain on it. The fake plants were very dusty. The lamp in the living room look like it was about to fall over. The recliner was very uncomfortable. I did make the hostess aware of the lightbulbs and cleanliness and they did offer to come over while we were there and clean. It was not something we were comfortable with while we were staying there. It could use a really good cleaning. We did enjoy the fire pit.

Great place close to Stanford

This was a wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood for our family of 5. We were here for surgeries at Sanford so wanted to stay at a house versus hotel for more comfort after surgery. The house is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Excellent communication with the host about all the details of our stay.

Number One place to Stay in Fargo for family

Ellie was very good at answering all questions quickly. The home was perfect! Beds were SO comfortable. Amenities were great. Centrally located to everything in the south side of Hwy 94 and easily accessible. I give this home a 10! Will visit again when family visits.

Clean and Tidy! Would stay there again!

We use VRBOs frequently - I wish they all could have as nice a setup as this one. Was very nice on the inside and worked great for our family. The 2 bedrooms downstairs with giant TV worked great for our kids and watching a movie together. Upstairs kitchen and sitting area worked very nicely for hanging out and was comfortable. While it wasn't crazy cold during our weekend there in February, was still nice to be able to pull our vehicle into the garage overnight. Everything was in good shape and clean inside. An observation about the location - its a street with a couple dozen side by side units all quite close together, so I noticed that if a person was staying there in warmer weather and wanted to use the deck/yard, you'd be very visible to about 8-10 other units. That aside, we would definitely stay at this location again!
