Five of us stayed here for a music festival and it worked out perfectly. Mike was very responsive and an overall excellent host. He gave us tips on getting to the festival grounds and assured that he was available should any issues arise at the house. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We would definitely try to stay here again.

Great Location

We stayed at Mike's for an event at the convention center which was less than 10 minutes away. House was very clean and welcoming. Host had great communication and I would highly recommend to others.

The perfect place!

By far one of the best experiences we've had. A convenient location close to everything in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The house had all our needs. The owner was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back next year!

Great home and stay

We felt at home in Mike's home. Mike was very informative and communicated well. The home was very clean, comfortable and had easy access to things in the area. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in Louisville.

This place was ideal for us and more people could’ve stayed comfortably. The inside is all freshly new and clean. The beds were comfortable and showers were excellent. The host was extremely kind with suggestions and very helpful. The location was ideal for the festival grounds and not too far from the city. It was safe to walk around. We would definitely stay again!

Outstanding and cozy house!! Within 15 minutes of downtown and 5 minutes from Churchill Downs (we were in town for the Kentucky Derby). Mike was a gracious and flexible host - gave his cell number in case we needed anything while visiting. House was comfortable, modern decor, and we loved hanging on the front porch rocking in the swing. Will keep Mike and his property in mind if ever in Louisville again. Highly recommend!!
