This lovely property has an in-ground pool for your use (heated for or an additional cost). This home features 3 bd, 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, living room opens to an enclosed lanai with full retracting sliding patio doors.
Located within 2 miles of Robert K Rees Memorial Park, it's a short bike ride (3 bikes available for your use) to beautiful sand beaches, where you will find comfortable facilities, nature trails, barbecues & playgrounds. You are within 6 minutes driving distance to restaurants, grocery, ATM, gas stations, shopping centers. There are eight golf courses within proximity.

Awesome House in New Port Richey

We can’t say enough about this wonderful home!! Super clean….very spacious…well set up kitchen….great location….comfortable beds!!! The managers were very nice and helpful (they live on first floor but you never see or hear them, but they are responsive to your questions.). The Elevator was a life saver for us! Plan to stay again in the future!!!!
