This 4 bedrooms house has 1700 sqft of living space and two full bathrooms . It located on the canal that lead to the Gulf of Mexico. You can fish and watch wildlife in your backyard. It located near famous restaurants and beaches. For your safety please Do not swimming in the canal. Recently we have many upgrades in the house. The use of kayaks are at your own risks. There are 2 cameras. One in the front in on the left side window in the living room. The other located in the Sunroom. For your privacy please turn off ( unplugged) those cameras. Plugged them back in when you leave. Thank you!

Great Location

Property was extremely clean, very spacious, and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Hein was very responsive to our questions. Best memory: we saw a dolphin feeding & paying in the canal by the dock!

Overall it is worth the money

We enjoyed Gulf view location very much. This property is spacious. Very convenient to Every thing. The neighborhood is very quiet. neighbors are very nice.

Yearly vacation

Check in and check out was very easy. The living quarters of the house were very clean and appealing. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. I don’t think we could have found a better host. We would recommend this property.

Comfortable

The home was very clean . A welcome letter with internet password , maybe some suggestions on restaurants and things to do in the area and instructions on how to lock the door. We would have liked some throw blankets to use while watching tv . All in all it was a great place to stay for the price

Overall , great!

This house worked out perfect for us. We were in town for a funeral. Everyone fit with their own room. Floating dock was cool and the kayaks ! Onlu recommendation, would be to use better cleaner on the floors. They were sticky. Easy fix. Overall, highly recommend!

Property was good overall. The only complaint that i would have is that the home has an issue with drainage from the showers. When taking a shower the water starts to build up in the tub.

Better than expected

We were the first guests after hurricane--there had been 4 ft of water in the house but we couldn't tell-- except for lots of new items. This is a quiet neighborhood on canals to the Gulf. There are actually 4 bedrooms but one of them doesn't have a closet, so can't be officially counted.

Really enjoyed being right on the water!

We really enjoyed staying right on the water. Our two small dogs really enjoyed it too! We went kayaking and picked Papaya’s off the papaya tree. there is a homemade ice cream place, 1 mile away, as well as some good restaurants close by. it was a very safe neighborhood to take walks along the sidewalks after dinner. :-) The owner was very responsive and helpful to all questions. Great Location and Wonderful Property

Highlights of the house are the location, the screened lanai and the back room with the large windows facing east towards the canal. We stayed over Valentine's Day and instead of going out, we prepared surf and turf for ourselves and had the meal on the screened lanai that ran through sunset. After +30 years together, we agreed that we set a new high for Valentines Days. Another great experience was sun rise in the back room in the mornings. Don't miss this if you stay here. This property was what we were hoping for and it had everything that we needed. Thanks to the property owner for assuring us he was available should we have any needs or questions.

I have never stayed in a place so filthy. Dead bugs and roaches in the home. Rat droppings in the garage. Clothes still in the dryer. No mattress pads. Shower bar fell down. Minimal silverware. Minimal dishes. TV did not work correctly, owner stated that he didn't know how to work TV, as he had only been there once or twice. I truly cannot believe that vrbo would represent a house in such poor condition.

Good afternoon, I am sorry that this is the experience that you had at our property. I do believe that this explains the reason why you left it in such disarray. We also have never experienced a guest that has left the property in this poor of a manner. if you would, please take consideration of that rented a very inexpensive old home on the water for your vacation. By no means, are we misleading anybody with our minimal rental? I apologize that you were unable to operate the TV. As far as the dead rodents go. We are on the water. It is a constant battle. Which is why we have an ongoing pest service if you’re telling me that these past are found dead within the home, that simply tells me that our service that we have is working correctly. Although there is access to the garage, it is not intended for our renters to utilize Again as an older home and it’s just simply made for storage. You’re going to have these things being on the water. I would suggest looking into the pictures the reviews and a pricier home upon your next visit if you’re looking for more of a chefs kitchen. We appreciate your feedback, and we will do our best to restock the home or anyone with future visits. I immediately called and check with current tenant immediately to see if it is true ? Her name is Mrs Karen Blackford from Iowa. You moved out on the 2/17/24 around noon. she was moving in the same day at 5pm . Because 2 + months ago there is a storm causing 4 inches flooded in the areas which killed my dryer so I have Lowe’s replaced a new one. They may made a mess in the garage. My current tenant told me everything is cleaned and they are very happy. I call spectrum to see why they cannot watch the Super Bowl ? Spectrum told me , what I have is a package Which are included movies, and sport tenant must switch to sport to watch football, tennis, soccers etc…. I guess you did know how and then getting very upset. I try to be nice to everyone by rating you 4 star. My cleaning lady told me you were living very dirty but that is ok because you’re paying for cleaning. What is wrong with you. ? Try to get your money back? Shame on you

Nice quiet area

We were down to visit family for Christmas and this was a perfect location to stay. The host was very fast in responding to our initial queries and we had no issues at all. This would be a perfect spot to relax and enjoy paddling on the canal during the warmer weather.

Fishing the canal

We had a very nice stay. The neighbors to our left were very nice and helpful. My wife and I loved fishing out back. Our stay was very relaxing for a couple 70+ year olds.

I dont know what to say besides saying that’s I am truly sorry. My regular cleaning lady was on spring break with her family. I use another cleaning company to clean the house. I guess they didn’t do too well of a job. My regular cleaning lady is already back. She told me she will find someone good temporary replacement when she is on vacation.
