Thoroughly Enjoyable

This is a piece of heaven to be savored. It's Beverly Hills, an entirely different life style. Enjoy the Deli's, restaurants, Rodeo Dr, and etc, but if you're planning on being a tourist etc., it's going to be hard, you're not going to want to leave the property. The owner is one of the nicest and most interesting people if you get a chance to meet her. That said I would recommend you respect her privacy too. One very minor thing, the kitchen is an "efficiency" size. Fine for snacks, breakfast and light din, din, but I wouldn't necessarily plan a major meal.

The property manager never forwarded arrival instructions, so I reached out the day before I was due to arrive, only to be informed that he was not able to honor my reservation. He did refund my money, but I was left high and dry with no place to stay for 2 weeks in LA. Caveat Emptor!

Fun bungalow in beautiful neighborhood

Enjoyed staying in this beautiful guest house. Wish we had more time to enjoy all this neighborhood has to offer but I did hit the trails in the hills behind the property for my morning runs. Very easy check in/out. Look forward to staying again.

Wonderful Cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing historic property! The location is a wonderful walking and running neighborhood. The architecture of the guesthouse is wonderful - beautiful view of the garden and very quiet. The floors are a cool mix of stone and wood. Due to rain, we didn't use the outdoor balcony and patio, but both had comfortable looking furniture. Robert was also stellar to work with on setting up our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Gem of the gems in 90210

It took me a while to gather my thoughts together and I decided to go simple on this and simplicity is the most elegant form... In a quiet neighborhood of 90210 and you cannot find a better location. Robert was extremely helpful in checking me in, and constantly checking up on me if everything is ok. The property has so much history and the glamour of it is timeless... So glad I had the opportunity to stay there and I hope I get to do that again! Thanks again Robert and Daphna, hope we keep in touch!

Spacious privacy

This lovely guesthouse, set within a luxurious private estate, provided us a peaceful and private visit to L.A. The management is very professional and accommodating. We will certainly return for our future visits.

Warner Mansion Guesthouse

This was a great experience. As a big movie buff l really enyoyed staying at the former Harry Warner mansion, and as a passionate tennisplayer I used the tenniscourt every day. We absolutely enjoyed the guest house. Location was perfect! The bottled water, orange juice, bagels and cream cheese were a nice touch! We appreciated that. Great communication from Robert and very simple check-in / check-out! We were excited to meet Pocket too. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely experience with a professional team that knows how to host

From the moment you arrive you realize this is a Special experience. The Koi pond that surrounds the swimming pool is like nothing you have ever seen. To sit on your patio and to be able to look over the beautiful lawn and well manicured extraordinary landscape architecture of this property make it a one-of-a-kind experience The location is probably the best spot in all of Los Angeles If you like a Crossbreeze when you sleep this is about as good as it gets We’re looking forward to returning

Weekend getaway !

My wife and I celebrated our birthday here and had the best time . You are in the heart of Beverly Hills . The host Robert was gracious enough to set us up at the iconic Polo Lounge where we listened to live music and sipped on scotch over a tasty meal . It was such a lovely evening we ended up walking home from the Beverly Hills hotel . The guest house is quiet, comfy , and clean. We brought light snacks and enjoyed sitting outside having coffee and breakfast . Just driving around the neighborhood was amazing and inspiring . The homes , the architecture , the woodsy feel is so warm and homey. The overall grounds of the estate are beautifully green with an array of frowers, trees, and a koi pond . We watched old Marilyn Monroe movies , drank wine, and relaxed in the ac. I would highly recommend this to anyone and hopefully will be returning soon ! Special thanks to Robert for me a fantastic host :)

Guest house on Beverly Hills Estate

The estate is incredible. It is the sort of place most people only see on TV. The guest house is as advertised. However, guests need to accommodate the estate owners. This is not a hotel or property that exists for rental. This is a guest house of an estate where people live. You are a guest in their home. We used the tennis courts during the day and it made the location absolutely perfect for us.

Unique guest experience in a terrific location.

After a day of exploring the city, hiking or touring museums, it was wonderful to return to the serenity and beauty of the estate. The Cottage was well-provisioned and comfortable. We even enjoyed daily visits from the owner's well-trained dog. Look forward to returning.

Delightful Beverly Hills experience

We spent several days here, and enjoyed every minute. The grounds to the estate are spectacular, and the neighborhood is the heart of Beverly Hills. The guest house is quaint and charming, and we would definitely return. Many thanks for a most pleasant stay.

Such A wonderful place to stay

This guest house is just as it looks, spent just 2 nights but enjoyed it very much. I was allowed to bring my little dog, she fell in love with the little dog that lives on the estate it was love at first sight, we fell in love with him also. Excellent!!!

Have rented several vrbo properties over the years but this by far the best. Location is fabulous. Rental was handled very professionally-- accommodations were very spacious and clean. Highly, highly recommend.
