This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence, complete with an indoor pool, is the perfect setting for family enjoyment!
* As you drive into the driveway, a small set of stairs leads you to the front door.
* Upon opening the front door, a staircase guides you to the top two levels.
* On the main floor, you step into a living room on your left, followed by the kitchen. Next to the kitchen, there is a spacious dining area and a half bath.
* Adjacent to the kitchen is a door leading to the lower level, where you'll discover the indoor pool!
* The staircase by the front door takes you up to a level featuring three bedrooms, a cozy game room, a full-size bathroom, and a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.
* The first bedroom boasts two twin/full bunk beds.
* The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed.
* The third bedroom features a queen-size bed.
* Ascending the staircase on this level brings you to a generously sized master bedroom with a king-size bed, an expansive bathroom with a shower, a separate tub, and an indoor sauna.
* Off the master bedroom is a three-season porch offering breathtaking views of the White Mountains!

* During winter, it's strongly advised to use a 4WD or AWD vehicle due to the incline on the road leading up to the property.
* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver's license)
* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and prior to arrival.
* When you make a reservation for this property, you authorize the property manager to employ a third-party service for identity verification and criminal background checks to confirm your booking. The property manager can furnish detailed terms related to guest screening upon request. You may receive an email to complete the screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact us if you have any questions.

* Dog allowed - The breed and size of your dog are required. One dog is allowed during your stay, if more than one dog is to accompany you during your stay it must be preapproved and there may be an additional fee.
* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks
* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am
