The beach is right across the street (30A), on the other side of the beachfront homes, with public beach access just a few steps away! The second-level patio, with park bench, picnic table, and rocking chairs, faces the gulf, providing a wonderful setting to enjoy the sound of the waves crashing in the distance. Two long driveways and multiple access points ensure utmost convenience.

And out back? Seven sun-loungers invite you to bask in the summer sun next to the gorgeous private pool! The entertainment area also features a spa, large TV, and comfy seating, making it an ideal spot to unwind, just steps away from the serene Blue Mountain Beach.

Nearby, stairs lead to a third-floor deck (observation tower?), prime for sunrise and sunset viewing!

Inside is a gorgeous kitchen and dining room on the first level. On the other side of the kitchen is a comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa, large TV, and desk. The first level also includes a bunk room, with four twins, a guest room, king, and a primary bedroom, king.

Our stay was exceptional! The location to the beach is very convenient and the beach access was peaceful and clean. There was plenty of room in the house for 4 families staying together. It was nice to have 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms.

100% Great Stay

We will definitely consider this property again for a vacation in Florida - clean, spacious, close beach access, functional for our large family. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Management was excellent to work with, extremely prompt in communication.

Family Gathering

The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has all the utensils that you would need. The beach is just across the street. It was a nice stay. The host was very good at answering questions till Friday. On Saturday, I didn't get any replies. I would have like for the house to have beach chairs. I assumed since is a beach house that it would have a few beach chairs to take to the beach. Overall, the house was clean, spacious, beautiful, great location. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Excellent location to beach

My family and I rented this for a one week stay. The upstairs is almost a replica of downstairs. There are 4 king bedrooms, the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 sets of bunk beds. Ice machine in upstairs was nice. Short walk to public access stairwell to beach. (We carried a wagon down.) The house has a great kitchen, almost everything you need to cook. Four whisks. Ha. The upstairs def gets a bit warmer than downstairs just because of so much sun. Black out curtains in bedrooms would be nice. There is a beautiful view of just ocean from large kitchen table on upper level. Pool and hot tub were great also. Property management responds immediately to texts. We had an issue with the grill and they sent someone out and it was fixed within a couple of hours and we were good to go!

Relaxing Vacation

The house is steps from the beach! My children keep saying this was the best vacation we have taken as a family and constantly ask to go back. Plenty of room to spread out and decks to relax and read or drink a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins. Everything was walkable, but we did have a golf cart. Cute shops close by to entertain the kids (three teens and one pre-teen) and great restaurants and bars to entertain the parents! Plenty of towels, beds were comfy, clean pool, a sizable hot tub, kitchens stocked with everything you need, a quiet street, and great outdoor spaces. The house is two houses on top of each other. Great for multi-family gatherings. We enjoyed it so much and look forward to another stay here with the family. Thank you for some great memories!!

Perfect House

Perfect House for large family or group. Having 2 kitchens is huge. Absolutely the best back yard, pool, and spa. About a 30 second walk to the beach! House was very clean and comfortable. Both kitchens stocked very well with nice cookware and utensils.

Beach vacay

Very easy and straightforward, property managers were responsive. Internet was a little slow and some appliances outdated but the location, space, and overall property were Great. Perfect fit for our family and would stay again.

Great Family Vacation House

Huge house for our family of 20. The beach access was only 30 seconds away with shops and restaurants all around. Destin boardwalk is about 45 mins away and there is tons to do. Our family had a great time. The kitchens has everything we needed and there was room for everyone to enjoy our family meals. It was a bit hot in the evening but there were extra mini fans in all the rooms. The pool was cleaned while we were there and if we had any issues they came out and fixed it right away. Great huge family house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We gathered as a family from all over the US for a family reunion on the beach. The home was perfect for 5 families.... 22 people of all ages. We loved this home! It was clean and modern, well kept and beautiful. We enjoyed the two living areas, the two kitchens, the large family table in the upstairs kitchen, the two washers and dryers, the many porch areas and decks, the nice roomy bedrooms and bathrooms with great showers. Definately a 5 star home. We LOVED the pool area and Jacuzzi. Plenty of lounge chairs and shade while watching kids in the pool. Even a big tv out there made it enjoyable. The location to the beach was perfect. Just across the not-busy street and down the stairs. It is in a public beach area, but the access to the public is limited, so it was not ever too crowded for our group. Many beaches in the area are "private" and VERY crowded, but the this beach was just great. The neighbohood was quiet. The only thing in the house that was mis-represented was a pull out sofa bed in the downstairs which was totally unsleepable. But the large sectionals in the family rooms made up for that. They were comfy and nice. The Management company was there every step of the way with immediate response to our calls, including in the middle of the night when there was a leak in a waterline which flooded the kitchen. They also provided extra things we needed like a high chair and a portacrib for the baby and a couple of blow up mattresses for the kids. Ashtin and Britany were delightful to work with! They answered every question promptly and made sure we were comfortalbe and happy. I would HIGHLY recommend this management company and this home!!!

The management company and representatives were responsive to any and all questions at all times. It's our house of choice on 30A.

Excellent Location

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was great, just steps to the beach. There are four master suites which was perfect for every couple to have their own room and bathroom. There are two kitchens one upstairs and one downstairs, which actually ended up being very useful for a large group. We would rent this place every summer if we could!
