Nueva casa de tres dormitorios, de más de 3.000 pies cuadrados y tres pisos, con increíbles vistas al Golfo, y acceso a la playa ubicado en la puerta trasera con acabados y comodidades de alta gama. Esta casa tiene más de 700 pies cuadrados de porches, con espaciosas áreas de estar y comedor al aire libre, incluyendo una gran parrilla de gas en el segundo piso con vista al Golfo. La cocina gourmet se completa con un rango de gas Thermador de 48 ", una gran isla y dos lavavajillas por separado. Hay dos salas de estar separadas y dos master suites completas con camas king. La suite principal de la 3ª planta tiene su propia zona de cocina privada y un balcón con vistas al golfo con una cama columpio. También hay 2 acogedoras suites Queen. A los niños les encantará la sala de literas, con 6 literas, estaciones de carga individuales para productos electrónicos, un televisor y una sala de estar independiente. El vecindario Summer's Edge tiene dos piscinas comunitarias, ambas muy cerca, y una está climatizada. Tall Cotton tiene estacionamiento para hasta (4) cuatro autos. Perfect location and house

House could not have been in a better location. We loved the open den and huge kitchen island. Everything was well stocked and clean. We have stayed in numerous houses over the years and this one really was perfect.

A week at the beach is always wonderful with family. The location of Tall Cotton with respect to the beach and neighborhood pool is great—however the extreme wear & tear was quite shocking. If you’re looking for location then this house can’t be beat. If condition is important to your vacation then you will be disappointed.

Amazing Beach Home!

Our stay at the Tall Cotton was nothing short of exceptional! The location is unbeatable—just a few steps away from the pristine beach, making it incredibly convenient for everyone in our group. The home exudes luxury and was the perfect size for our group of 13, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was a standout feature—immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for a large group. The entire property was spotless, which added to the sense of comfort and care.The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Their flexibility made planning our trip so much easier. Overall, this is an ideal choice for anyone looking for a luxurious, well-maintained home just moments from the beach. Highly recommend!

Didn’t want to leave!

We had such a great week staying at Tall Cotton! Usually traveling with kids is so stressful but this is the perfect house for that! The first level allowed for the kids and I to have a space all to ourselves. There are 6 cool built in bunkbeds that my kids loved! There was a tv as well so they could watch their shows so the adults upstairs could watch news etc. I loved being able to walk the short path to the beach or pool. Super easy for traveling with little ones. It was also nice to read on the porch while listening to the waves. The washer and dryer was a great addition too! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We had a great experience and I definitely want to stay here again!

Perfect location!!

We had a wonderful time at this house. The best location right next to the beach access. We loved that we could be at the beach, house or pool within a few minutes . This was perfect for the kids. They loved going to the pool and they had 2 to choose from. The house was great! The hosts were wonderful and was always available if we needed anything. I recommended renting bikes. We had fun riding around throughout the week.

Wonderful house

The location of this house in reference to the beach is perfect! The house is plenty big and the deck is too with table and chairs and some wrap around couches with table! Would love to come back to Tall Cotton it was a great stay for our group!

Excellent location

Location was great with an easy short walk to the beach. House was in good shape, very roomy, clean, and accommodated our large family (8 adults, 4 children) extremely well.Great kitchen and eating area. Hosts were easy to communicate with and directions for check-in and check-out were very clear. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Great place to stay...other than the beach

The house was great. Steps from the beach with a decent view of the ocean. Plenty of space for the kids in the house. Only issue was the beach. Private property on either side that was enforced. Pay-to-sit beach chairs everywhere blocking the view of the ocean. Beach was very crowded. Keep in mind they can't enforce the private property laws if you setup below the high tide line. High tide line and below to the ocean is public access, so if you stay off the dry sand, you can set up your chairs on wet sand (wet from the tide) anywhere along the beach and you are good. Hence why their no trespassing signs state in order to pass through that area you must walk along the wet sand.

Great house and great location!

House is gorgeous and exactly as portrayed in listing description and pictures! One thing to note (not the fault of the house/owner) is the new beach rules of public v. private. The public portion of the beach is very small and gets crowded very early. As in, nowhere to sit level of crowded. This was easily solved by just renting chairs for $40/day on the private portion of the beach in front of house. By renting just one set of chairs for the day, your spot is guaranteed for your whole party. Quick fix! Not a big deal at all, just something to note as you’re planning your trip. Highly recommend this house! We will be back!

Fantastic (again)!

This is our second time staying here and it is fantastic. Very roomy, feet from the beach, very communicative owners. Just lovely. The bonus was a very fully stocked kitchen which made Thanksgiving prep a breeze. Thanks for letting us stay!

Fantastic family reunion

The location of this property is amazing! We had a great family trip here, with 14 people between the ages of 1 - 67. Everyone had plenty of space, it was a quick walk back and forth to the beach and both pools. Loved waking up to the beach views every day. Kitchen and home was overall well stocked for our groups needs. Cleanliness could be improved and while we did have one or two minor Issues, the property owners were very responsive and quick acting for resolutions. We love 30A and would consider this home to rent again!

Family vacation

We enjoyed the property. Kitchen is large with plenty of seating. Bunk room worked great for the smaller children. The only problem with the sleeping was there were no sheets for the sleeper sofa. Beds were very comfortable. Internet when working isn’t great but that may not be a owner issue. Would definitely stay here again. As with a lot of rental properties cleaning service could always be better. It was well stocked with paper products which we were not expecting. Bigger kids enjoyed the pool while the littles loved catching crabs.

Family Traditions

I’ve been visiting 30a with my family for many years and this has been my favorite stay! This house has everything you need, especially if you like to cook like my group does. I recommend renting chair setups during your stay-it was so nice to just walk down to the beach with only a bag with essentials rather than lugging ten tons of beach gear every time! Thank you Tall Cotton for the wonderful memories!

Relaxing week staying in a great property

Tall Cotton was an overall a great property with a fantastic location. We had plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped at all. The best thing about this property is without a doubt the location. It is literally just steps from the beach and 2 community pools. The views are also very good considering it’s on the 2nd row of houses/condos. The house seems very well built with some nice features like an enormous island in the kitchen and spacious decks to name a few. Really the only negative thing we could say would be that the WiFi was hit or miss and very slow. I realize internet shouldn’t be a necessity when going on a beach trip, but I had to do some work during the week and the wifi reliability was frustrating. Also, the ice maker in the freezer was not able to keep up with our usage. We had to buy bags of ice throughout the stay. I believe investing in an ice maker would be a great touch to the kitchen appliances. The 2 dishwashers was a nice bonus that came in handy throughout the stay. Also, additional small trash cans are needed in the laundry room and bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
