The Lucky Beach House

Lucky Beach House is your next beach vacation paradise! This property is located across the street from the private Bid-A-Wee Beach and just a short drive to all PCB attractions. This luxury custom-built home will make your jaw drop as soon as you walk through the doors. It features large floor to ceiling windows with a breathtaking unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the Florida sun and gulf breeze while you relax with a view. Then take a dip in the private pool to cool off!

There are 4 master suites with private attached bathrooms on the first floor. Please note that 3 of these beds are lower to the ground. The other room accommodates a bunk bed. Upstairs there is another room with two twins, but please note there is no window. All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV.

The kitchen is located on the second floor and is fully equipped with all the essentials. The kitchen island has bar stools underneath to accommodate more seating, with an extendable dining room table. The living room is also located on the second floor with access to the large balcony. The natural light pours through the floor to ceiling windows with unobstructed views of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico!

The fenced in private pool is located in the backyard. The private beach access is conveniently located across the street gives you peace of mind knowing only guests and families in Bid-A-Wee beach can access it.
Must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. Parental supervision required at all times when entering the pool area. Guests are also required to complete the rental agreement.

We booked the house on July 27th, for a trip on October 22-26th. We were contacted on October 21st at 9:30 pm, that the owner decided to do renovations on the house. The renovations were supposed to start after we checked out. So, we had to scramble to find rooms at last minute for five couples. Two of the couples were not able to come, due to not having the money to rent another room at last minute. I will never rent from this owner again!!!!

Lots of space, great view of the ocean

Easy check in and the host was very quick replying to all messages. House is large, pool small but simply lovely. Beach access is directly across the street across from the house with gated entrance. Only people in that area are on the beach so no huge condo crowds or hotel crowds are there. The road noise from cars is busy day and night but not a deal breaker.

Beautiful home, amazing view!

My family and I had an incredible time! The house exceeded our expectations, and the view was even more stunning than we imagined. The host was exceptionally kind and responsive. We've stayed in many beach houses over the years, but this one tops them all. We can't wait to return next year!

One week getaway, well worth it!

Great place to stay close to pier park but not quite in the mix of all the business. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the pool, porch, and living spaces. Management was very responsive and helpful with the few issues we had arise. Overall we give it a 10/10 would recommend to anyone !

Beautiful view

This was a perfect place to stay for our 13 family members. It was very spacious for family. We loved that 4 of the rooms had a bathroom inside the rooms. It was a beautiful non-obstructive view of the beach from the kitchen and balcony! The floor could have been mopped, but that is the only fault.

Our stay was wonderful. The location is great and convenient. The home was very spacious and accommodated our entire family. I will say we were disappointed in not being able to use the pool. It was very dirty with trash around and had no clorine. The home had ants badly. They were crawling in our shoes and scattered on one of the bedroom floors. I reached out to the host and the host mentioned someone would come the next day. No one came. After that the host became unresponsive. For the amount we paid to rent the home, I was very disappointed in the level of service. The washer and dry took literally hours to wash a load of clothes. Regardless, our family enjoyed each other and we made great memories. The balcony has great views.

Loved the house but it needed to be cleaned before we got there

Loved the house and the easy access to the private beach but the house had not been cleaned well at all. Only 1 clean towel was in each bathroom and the rest were in the dryer but were not clean. Floors had not been swept and found several bugs in the house.

We had a nice time

During our stay there were some minor hiccups with the property that got taken care of as quickly or quicker than I could have expected. Connor, the Property Manager, was readily and immediately available to address any issues that came up. He answered immediately or responded within just a few minutes whenever I had to contact him. The house was very user friendly, had a nice view of the ocean/beach and close to many attractions and/or restaurants. Next time we are in PCB I would look to stay there again.

Great Location

The location is perfect. It’s near Walmart, Publix, bars, and souvenir shops. The beach is directly across the street. It’s not a long walk at all, you just have to walk the kids across. The pool is not heated but it is nice. The house had everything we needed for the weekend. The balcony was awesome, and we could see the sunset. We would rent this property again. The only reason why I would rate it 4/5 is because the description described a room that had 2 bunk beds, but really it was only 1 bunk bed in that room. We tried to organize and assign rooms before arrival and that threw things off a little.

5 Day Stay in September

Overall, I would stay at this property again. The good: Location was perfect. Easy access to the beach and far enough from the resorts that it was like a private beach. Every room has a bathroom which is great not having to share bathrooms The view was amazing. The living room and kitchen and balcony was upstairs. There was plenty of space for everyone. If you do book this, I recommend the following. Bring your own bath towels,kitchen towels,and towels for the bathroom floor. The towels were not great and they were limited . Some of the beds are very low to the ground and hard to get out of-they do say this in the description so there was no surprise there. Just something to be aware Recommendations to the owners: Supply a broom and dust pan. I bought one and left it there, but it would be helpful to keeping the place clean to have a broom and dustpan to clean up. The lock to the bedroom with the king bed doesn’t work so the door doesn’t stay shut. Supply some kitchen towels so we can dry dishes. We had to use paper towels when we washed dishes. I expect there to be some sand on the floors because it is so close to the beach, but it seemed excessive when we first got there so the cleaning team should focus on that a little more. There was a vape pen in one of the beds next to the bed frame - not in the sheets. We noticed it making a bed so I would have expected the cleaning team to catch it. Overall- great visit . Definitely would book again. Thank you

Brit was the best!!

Property location was amazing. Gave access to both pier park and the other side of the island. Brit, the property manager was the best manager I’d dealt with ever, and I do 5-7 rentals per year. House needs to be updated by the owner but was not a reflection of the manager who went out of her way to help us in every way. I’ll be reaching out to Brit going forward to see what properties she has available
