Rio Mar is the newest residential community
These villas are the most luxurious golf villas available inside the Resort, plus they have a superb location, next door to the resort golf clubhouse. Our Villa at Rio Mar Village is a private property located within the 481 acres facilities of the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort, Spa & Casino, one of the most beautiful resorts in the island.
Three bedroom villa. Each with private bathroom. Accommodates 6 people comfortably. The property is fully furnished, integrated with security system and has two central A/C, telephone, internet, two TV's with DVD player and cable TV. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with a huge private bathroom, and an exit to the terrace. The terrace views the Golf course and Rain Forest and it is furnished as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new microwave, convection oven, refrigerator and freezer, and pots and pans.

Payment Options: .Check In: 4 p.m. .Check Out: 11 a.m. .Required Stay: 7 nights .Deposits: Reservations are posted with 40 % of total fee. Full fee should be paid 30 days prior to arrival day. Resorts Shuttle departs from Golf Club every 15 minutes and you can ride the shuttle all over the hotel and beach.

This wonderful villa offers beautiful views that invite you to relax and take in the scenery. Rental includes hotel facilities use, the private Villa Pool and a mile-long golden sandy beach and 2 golf carts for getting around the resort. Resort has excellent restaurants, spa, casino, golf, water Sports and tennis facilities.
Located across the highway from the 'El Yunque National Rainforest' where you can enjoy hiking to waterfalls and mountain peaks, swim in its cold waters and plan for rappelling and zip lining excursions.
Horseback riding and four track excursions throughout the beautiful mountain slopes and rivers of El Yunque.
Visit the outer islands of Vieques and Culebra where you will find Flamingo Beach, the third most beautiful beach in the world according to the Travel Channel.
Kayak at night the eastern Bio Bays of Puerto Rico in Fajardo and Vieques.

Fantastic host

The villa is very spacious and well furnished. Irma was extremely helpful and responsive and having two golf carts was great for my family. We played golf, hiked the rain forest and strolled the beach. The entire resort is awesome. Highly recommend the unit and location.

The villa was a fantastic place to stay and the golf carts were a great bonus. It was a peaceful well equipped place to relax. It is close to the pool and a short golf cart ride to a beautiful beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a week.

Wonderful stay

We came with our young adult daughters and had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and the views and locations was amazing. Having access to the 2 golf carts was key because the villa is a ways from the main resort bit totally worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

Superb

I'm from Maryland and I stayed at this property with my wife and four children for two weeks in the summer of 2025. Jorge and Irma were great to work with. They communicated in a clear and timely fashion. My wife said that the property was better and larger in person than the pictures online led her to expect. I appreciated that there were two central A/C units. The furniture and décor were pleasant. The golf carts were fun. The Rio Mar Resort is beautiful. The pools are clean; the staff are friendly. We would stay here again. There are two pictures attached. The first is of my four kids at Coco Falls. The second is taken after our bio bay kayak tour.

Rio Grande Trip

The home was lovely. Plenty of room to spread out and all the comforts of home. Having the golf carts was a necessity to move around the property and dine at the restaurants. The check in instructions were very detailed and Irma and Jorge were quick to respond to any questions. Would love to stay again soon!

Excellent!

We love staying at Rio Mar and this place was wonderful. There were six of us and we had ample bed/bathrooms and space in general, plus the two golf carts were perfect. Communication was great. Check in was easy. The area was peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

this was a very well-apportioned and well-maintained location. The use of the golfcarts was ideal for getting around to the facilities in the gated community. There is a member pool within 2 minute walking distance from this location. We often had the pool to ourselves no matter the time of day. A second member pool is on the far side of the resort which was next to beach access. The beach itself was well-kept and there were pool lounge chairs for member use. While we had access to the Wyndham hotel grounds, at the time we went they were in the process of upgrading parts of the facility and so the casino was closed. The rainforest national park is literally across the street, but some of the areas in the park were also closed when we went - seemingly due to construction. We were able to visit some of the falls and a view from a tower which was worth the trip.Speaking again about the villa itself, our host had included a well-apportioned kitchen and was pleasant to communicate with. A lot of time was spent on the breezy outdoor patio. All considered, this location is well-recommended.

Great Villa with Resort Privileges

Very spacious unit in a very quiet complex. Use of golf carts made trips to the resort and beach convenient. Well stocked kitchen and the entire place was extremely clean. Great for families and friends groups.

Amazing place

This property was amazing. It was clean and had everything that you need. It was a very convenient location as well. The host was very accommodating. All questions were responded to quickly. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay with family.

Loved the location and all the amenities the resort offered. Only disappointment was that one of the gulf carts was under maintenance the entire time we were there. We make two trips so that we wouldn’t use the car.

Great villa

The Villa was in a great location, clean and plenty of space for 5 people. The 3 bedroom, each with a bathroom, was fantastic. In addition , the 2 golf carts allowed us to travel back and forth to the resort when we wanted to.

We are a family of 4 and it was our first time in PuertoRico as a family. The arrangements for the villa including check-in and check-out were very easy.The villa was as expected based on the listing and we were pleased. The kitchen and laundry facilities were great. We loved the veranda with the hammock. I wish we were able to spend more time on the veranda, loved that it had a grill and plenty of seating.The beach club was great. We spent at least three days there.Restaurant recommendation: Las Picos (down the hill) was authentically Puerto Rican and very tasty. Hands down we had the best rice and beans there and that is saying a lot as every restaurant we ate at was great.If there were anything I couldd suggest to improve the villa it would be to address the loud noise the the back up generator makes. It clicked on and off nearly the entire visit. In addition the air conditioner is pretty loud. However it did keep the unit cool. Lastly, I would include a recycling bin. We felt bad trhrowing all of our plastics in the garbage.With all that said I would absolutely consider staying here again and would referrer friends.Thank you

Great place - good location

30 minutes from the airport, Fajardo and most rain forest activities, this villa has a lot to offer. Located near the Wyndham Rio Mar resort, you can do or get to almost everything PR has to offer. Great choices in food within 10 minutes, golf, beaches and relaxing, we loved our stay. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Five stars all the way

Family vacation 2024

Everything was great, the only thing that needed improvement was the housekeeping. The sheets looked a little dingy and the glasses need to be replaced because they looked dirty. If I had to stay here again, I would definitely go back. The villa was beautiful!

Great choice near activities

We loved the outdoor porch area. Golf carts were great to ride around in and go down to park area and pools. Very clean with extra things that we needed all ready there. I don’t even know what I could say to improve our stay it was excellent. Many Thanks to Jorge and Irma.

Great getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was perfectly clean and very spacious. The location near the pool was a big bonus for the kids. We also took advantage of the beach and beach club pool, as well as some of the hotel restaurants. The included golf cart was great! Our kids were bummed that the tennis courts were $45/hour but other than that the villa and resort had everything you could want.

Excellent communicated - We had so much fun!

We loved staying here for a friends trip! It was great to have the golf carts available, so easy to get around. The owners were always super responsive to questions before and during our stay. We would highly recommend! The only thing I would make more clear is the swim up bar pool is not included in the stay, but there is the pool near the villa and the other resort pool are available!

Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Our property is fully furnished with a gourmet kitchen and have all the amenities of home! We are always available 24/7. That is the reason our guests come year after year to our villa.
