About the Space – Andante Trail (Unit A)
This listing is for the main house on a shared 3-unit property. Also on-site is a separate guest house with two private 1-bedroom suites—Unit B (Bell Rock) and Unit C (Chimney Rock)—which are rented separately. All units have private entrances and no shared interior spaces, ensuring you have complete privacy inside your home. The driveway and front yard are shared with other guests.

You’ll have one designated parking spot in front of the garage. If you’re bringing additional vehicles, please park them on the street at the top of the driveway.

Arrival & Entry
Upon arrival, carefully drive down the sloped driveway and park in your assigned spot. Go to Andante Trail (Unit A). Access the home via the keyless digital lock, and step into a space designed to make you instantly feel at ease.

Living & Dining
Unwind in the spacious open-concept living area, where natural light, calm energy, and thoughtful decor come together. Gather around the 75” Smart TV to stream your favorite shows, or simply relax with your group in comfort.

Important Notes

The back balcony, fourth bedroom, area behind the main house, and guest house balcony are not accessible to guests. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain privacy and safety for everyone staying on the property.

Sedona is known for its peace, beauty, and the soothing sounds of nature. Our home is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels low—especially during early mornings and evenings.

To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, all guests are required to complete a Guest Registration Form and submit a photo of themselves holding a valid government-issued ID prior to receiving check-in details.
