Hermosa propiedad con vistas a la bahía de Sarasota poco. Escondido en una calle muy tranquila minutos de tiendas, restaurantes y playas. Esta casa tiene 3 dormitorios 2 baños y un gran salón para que todos disfruten contemplando las vistas panorámicas al parecer de la bahía. Las tres habitaciones ofrecen puertas corredizas de vidrio hacia el amplio patio y frente a la bahía piscina. Hay una gran zona de césped también frente a la bahía con vallas a lo largo del agua, ideal para que los niños jueguen. El muelle ofrece un elevador de barcos y una plataforma elevadora que son de uso gratuito. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama doble grande frente a la puertas correderas de cristal para una gran vista de la piscina y la bahía de despertar en las mañanas. El segundo dormitorio está equipado con 2 camas individuales. La tercera habitación está amueblada con una cama de matrimonio. La gran sala está equipada con un gran sofá para ver la televisión de pantalla plana de 55 ", la zona de comedor tiene una mesa de comedor de 8 asientos. La cocina está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, que incluyen robar una estufa de gas y horno doble.

Amazing view with privacy!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was amazing! We had a 19 month old and he loved the pool. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked and amazing. We hope to return next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property had potential to be a fun stay however there was quite a few problems. The couch was not at all comfortable massive amounts of pillows does not help. There was no instructions as to what light switches were for what no pot holders no wine glasses I did leave 4 for the next renters. It seemed if something didn't work it was just disconnected All in all it could have been better

Thank you for your stay at the Dunmore property. This 3 bedroom 2 back pool home with bay views is perfect for rest and relaxation. This home is located about 15 minutes from the beaches and less than 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants it is the perfect location to escape the hustle and bustle. As a renter of a home there is a certain expectation that the home may not be decorated to your exact specifications as the home is designed and decorated according to the owners liking. The light switches ARE actually labeled which no other property does. The single light switches in the bedrooms and bathrooms of course are not labeled as they are not a mystery as to what they may turn on. There is nothing at the property that was just disconnected because it does not work. If this was referring to the extra refrigerator in the garage, yes it is unplugged as it is an EXTRA refrigerator, if you want to use it, plug it in. Our customer service lines are available 7 days a week from 9am - 5pm with emergency lines available after hours. We also have a mobile application which guests can text their issues directly to the property managers. If a guest is having issues with the property they are encouraged to contact management for assistance. If no contact is made we cannot resolve said issue.

VRBO pics did not match property!

The outdoor space did not match the pics on VRBO. The landscaping had been let go and much of the backyard was scrubby weeds and dying vegetation. Patio furniture was rusted and stained. We spent the month of January at the home and a landscaper came by once, with just a leaf blower. No cutting, no trimming. Did not realize until arrival that the pool is not heated. In addition, the bedding and rugs need updating. The management company did bring in a new BBQ grill and new pillows after we complained, and also refunded the cleaning fee. Would not issue any additional refund, as requested. Make me afraid to use VRBO in the future.

Unfortunately, the grass in the backyard was significantly affected by flooding from the recent hurricane. The saltwater from the storm surge has killed much of the grass, and the owner is working on re-seeding with a more resilient grass. We understand your concerns about the patio furniture. The salt air in our coastal location can be very harsh and cause outdoor furniture to deteriorate quickly. We regularly replace and maintain our patio furniture as needed to ensure it is in good condition for our guests. As for the pool, we apologize for any confusion, but it is not advertised as being heated. We are glad we could address some of your concerns during your stay by providing a new BBQ grill, new pillows, and a refund of the cleaning fee. We strive to resolve issues promptly to improve our guests' experience. We appreciate your feedback and are taking steps to make the necessary improvements.

Uncomfortable, Uncared for property with a view

Settled in for what I hoped would be a month long retreat from the cold. Property looked great online. And the view was great. But there wasn't a comfortable place to sit in the house. No chairs accept the dining room. And the couch was old and worn. We had to bring a patio chair inside for my father to sit in. Plumbing issues, furniture that was falling apart both inside and out, the patio furniture was rusting and literally crumbling beneath us, and just a general lack of care. And I paid A LOT! We had trouble with the television, septic backed up, washing machine, didn't work. Yet, at no time did the owner, who apparently owns several properties, offer any consideration for our inconvenience and discontent. I felt sorry for the property manager. But sorrier for me and my family.

Beautiful peaceful location

Our stay in Vamo was incredibly relaxing. Watching sunsets nightly with incredible views is enough make me want to rent the house again in the future. The pool was clean and maintained weekly by the pool maintenance company as was the landscaping and lawn. Justin, from the management company, was efficient and patient handling our needs. Some updating is needed throughout the house as well as outside by the pool. But overall a beautiful experience!

Wonderful stay

Breathtaking million dollar view of the intercoastal. The house was completely loaded with amenities --there wasn't one thing that we needed while staying here--this house had it all. Great location with COSTCO, Publix, Sprouts, Total Wine- all, literally 5 min away and Siesta Key not much further. The master king was very comfortable. Hated to leave! There is one weird issue however with the second bathroom. It's extremely small and the tub needs a major facelift.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year at Dunmore Drive. Another excellent stay. Whilst we love this property it is now requires some reinvestment. We were disappointed in the dilapidated outdoor furniture and the BBQ needs replacing as rusted out and probably unsafe. Both were reported at start off month long stay. For the second year we bought recliners for the patio ourselves.Still hurting at having to pay $350 to get kitchen sink drain unblocked which the plumber said was longterm build up.

Lawrence thank you for staying with us at the Dunmore property! After we received your feedback relating to the outdoor furniture, we worked with the homeowner to purchase all new outdoor furniture which is now at the home. The gas grill has been inspected and fully cleaned and is now good as new. Lawrence per the rental agreement, all clogged drains would be the responsibility of the guest. Based on our experience, all plumbers attribute any clog to "long term build up" or "previous guests" when in the presence of a current guest, so as to not offend the person standing in front of them. This is a natural response from an experienced maintenance technician in the hospitality industry, although we always want all the service vendors we work with to be completely honest with guests. Please come back and see us again soon!

Especially with the outdoor sectional set by the pool. such a great space to kick back, relax, and soak in the view of the bay and Siesta Key. If you decide to rent a boat to keep at the home next year, keep in mind Ophelia's on the Bay is just a short boat ride across the bay for a great dinner!

Dunmore Delight

Totally Relaxed

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool watching manatees and dolphins only feet away from the dock, ospreys catching fish and chasing bald eagles away, mullet jumping, schools of fish churning the surface of the water trying to escape a predator, ibis, herons, kingfishers, and pelicans were everywhere. The sunsets are awesome. We used the pool every day except the last two when chilly nights and cloudy skies lowered the temperature below our comfort level. A pool heater would make it perfect. We loved the great room with its easy to live with kitchen. The bedrooms all have a view of the water. The master bath has a great shower but the guest bath could use some TLC. The location is convenient to everything. We can't wait to come back next year.

A Great Stay in a Nice Big Place!

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was in a great location on the North Side of Siesta Key. Less than a 1/4 mile walk to the very private Shell Road Beach. Great Pool area and plenty of space in the home to congregate as a large group or get away for a nap or some time alone. Take advantage of the Surfside Free Ride or Johnnys Free Ride to get you down to the SK Village or larger public beaches. A great house for large groups that want quick access to a small beach area as well as a great pool and deck space!
