THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOUSE! Enjoy the feeling of being at home in this updated cozy house in South Huntsville! Great school district for High School, middle and elementary. Safe neighborhood. Just minutes from downtown and Redstone Arsenal. Lots of shopping and great restaurants within a few minutes drive. Lots of upgrades in the house and fully stocked kitchen. There is a large yard and nice patio in the courtyard with a charcoal grill. This home is just waiting for you to enjoy it. NO SMOKING POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED W A $750 FINE. SMOKING OUTSIDE IS PERMITTED ONLY IF BUTS ARE CLEANED UP

Perfect property for our family traveling in for a wedding at The Ledges. Property manager was great to communicate with. Property was very spacious. Not a complaint but the pictures have not been updated. We were expecting bunk beds but what was there was better!

Spring Break getaway

Overall, our stay was really nice. The house fit my family well and the set up was nice. Location was close to family we were visiting and plenty of restaurants and stores. I would stay here again!

Super Convenient Location with Very Responsive Owner

This house has a cute cottage feel. It was clean, but could use a little attention here and there, as it is an older house. The owner was very nice, and responded quickly to all our needs. The house was conveniently located to everything we needed to get to. The best part of the stay has to be the honesty of the owner and her staff who went out of their way to make sure my wedding rings were returned to me safely when I left them behind. The fact that she contacted me and arranged to get the rings back to me meant the world to me, and I will forever be grateful. Sometimes it's the safety and honesty the owner provides their guests that matters more than whether or not the house is in perfect order. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing property, and even better host!

My family and I stayed here for more than 3 weeks and had a wonderful time! The house was exactly has described in the listing, and the location was perfect for our needs. In addition to the house being great, Dominique was top-tier. We needed to reschedule and extend our booking a couple of times, and she was more than accommodating. Any time there was an issue she was extremely responsive, and timely in correcting the issue. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone interested and will definitely be booking here again next time I come to Huntsville!
