About this property
Fantastic, spacious villa with a large pool and sea views in a very safe area.
Palm Trees is an imposing hillside villa/guest house set in its own grounds on the gated Anchor Estate on Jamaica’s South Coast. It is about 200 feet above sea level and 400 yards from the beach. The views are amazing and there is normally a relaxing breeze. All the rooms have high ‘cathedral ceilings’ and fans. The pool is very private as it is within the villa. Most guests have loved Palm Trees and many guests say they will return.

About the host
Hosted by Bernard and Daisy Skan
In 1999 I, Bernard an Englishman met Daisy who was born in Jamaica. We were married in 2000 and came to Jamaica in 2004 when we fist saw Palm Trees. We decided to buy and complete the building. In 2009 we doubled the size of the villa to enable us to be on site to maintain the pool, fix any little problems that may occur and to generally maintain and keep the place clean. Daisy is an excellent cook and housekeeper and I am fairly competent at DIY, plumbing, electrical repairs, building and gardening.
Why they chose this property
It was the villas location in a safe area that made us decide to buy.
