Gorgeous 28m loft, excellent WiFi, 32 "LCD cable TV, remote controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, clean, fully equipped, all new home appliances, induction cooker, electric oven, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, washing machine, clothesline with fan that dries in 2 hours, iron and ironing board, bed and bath linen and beach towels. It has hot water in all taps. The apartment has a beautiful view, is well ventilated, morning sun with frontal view of the city. It has a mezzanine with king size box bed with the option of two single beds, 32 "LCD cable TV. The apartment is located on the 16th floor in a mixed (residential / commercial) building with 4 lifts and 24 hour doorman, on top of the Rival Petrobrás Music Theater, steps from the Cinelandia Metro and all transport, restaurants, Municipal Theater, National Library , Museum of Fine Arts, Cinemas, Mc Donald, Culture Bookstore, and two blocks from the American Consulate, one block from the National School of Music, Flamengo Beach, Cathedral, Marina da Gloria and 3 blocks from Lapa and Santos Dumont Airport .

The City Center is the Historic Center of the City of Rio de Janeiro. Steps from the subway and the VLT, it also has bus and taxi lines, which give access to all the sights, beaches and monuments of Rio. It is a 10-minute taxi ride from Santos Dumont Airport and within walking distance of tourist and cultural attractions such as the Municipal Theater, the Museum of Modern Art and Fine Arts and the MAM (Museum of Modern Art, the beautiful Paris Square and just 5 minutes away). by foot from the bohemian and charming Lapa region, with all its bars and shows and 15 minutes by subway to Copacabana and Maracanã and 20 minutes by subway to Ipanema. Estadia para o Rock in Rio

Apartamento é igual o descrito no anúncio. A região é boa, com vários bares e restaurantes, além de ser perto do metrô e da Lapa. A comunicação com os anfitriões foi muito boa do começo ao fim. Recomendo e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar

Decepcionante para mim

Eu tinha grandes expectativas para a minha estadia por causa das fotos e da descrição fornecida pelo proprietário. A localização é ótima e fiquei grato por poder fazer o check-in à 1 da manhã, pegando as chaves com o porteiro. No entanto, a descrição do apartamento foi enganosamente deturpada. A alegação de estar completamente limpa e ter todos os novos utensílios de cozinha era obviamente falsa. Na verdade, a sanduicheira e o liquidificador foram substituídos imediatamente depois que enviei fotos do resíduo sujo e seco, tornando-os inutilizáveis. Eles se ofereceram para ter o serviço de limpeza do apartamento. Eles foram igualmente rápidos em responder ao meu relatório de falta de água quente na cozinha ou na pia do banheiro (eles anunciaram água quente em todas as torneiras), mas não conseguiram resolver o problema da água quente durante a minha estadia. O cooktop de indução é na verdade uma placa quente portátil de um queimador e o forno elétrico não é embutido, mas portátil e pode acomodar 2 fatias de pizza. Você não pode preparar uma refeição com o equipamento fornecido. A tv da sala não funcionava. Um comentário anterior que afirmou que a cama é desconfortável é verdade. Há mofo no teto do banheiro. Os hóspedes que procuram acomodações de alta qualidade devem procurar outro lugar. Eu não seria tão crítico se a descrição representasse claramente a condição real. Mais uma coisa - não havia papel higiênico no apartamento quando cheguei. Eu não ficaria novamente.

Apartamento com ótima localização

O apartamento fica na Cinelândia, fácil acesso para tudo. Várias opções de restaurantes e vista para lugares turísticos como Niterói, o Pão de açúcar e teatro municipal. Havia uma goteira no banheiro, problema antigo que podia ser resolvido antes do nosso check in, cama desconfortável, acabamos dormindo no sofá cama. Fora isso gostamos muito de passar uma temporada lá. Para quem quer curtir o Carnaval no Rio é um bom lugar para ficar.

Ich war r Sidney war ein super Gastgeber und dass Loft war super ausgestattet und die Lage spitzen mäßig. Sehr zentral und alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren ideal zufuß zu erreichen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Sidney übernachten ☺️.

Apartamento confortável, possuía o necessário para nossa estadia de 1 mês. No momento da chegada apartamento estava limpo e organizado. Internet muito boa e TV a cabo. Ar condicionado tornou nossa estadia agradável. Prédio fica em área boemia, bem agitada principalmente nos finais de semana. Não há supermercados próximos, porém está muito próximo do metrô e VLT. Para suprir a falta de supermercados próximos, recomendo ir de metrô até o flamengo (menos de 10 minutos), onde existem diversos supermercados (pão de açúcar, zona sul, hortifruti). Apartamento supriu muito bem nossas necessidades, tivemos uma estadia tranquila e agradável. Sidney e sua esposa sâo muito simpáticos e prestativos. Recomendo

Os 15 dias que passamos neste loft foram incríveis, desde o primeiro contato que tivemos com o proprietário até a nossa saída!!! O Sidney é um proprietário mega atencioso e muito gentil, sempre disposto a ajudar. No loft tem tudo o que se precisa para o cotidiano e detalhe, tudo novinho, toalhas branquíssimas, tudo muito limpo. A internet é muito boa e rápida. A vista é maravilhosa, tem uma excelente localização com tudo muito perto: metro, restaurantes, mercados, farmácias, pontos turísticos, teatros... O Melhor do Centro!!!

Fui sozinho a trabalho e a localização do Centro é a melhor pra mim. O imóvel do Sr Sidney é uma pérola no Centro/Cinelândia. Muito bem decorado, com detalhes finos, móveis e utensílios em perfeito estado, iluminação indireta e aconchegante, enfim, é exatamente como nas fotos. LINDO. Gostei tanto que da próxima vez vou levar minha esposa!

Uma joia no Centro do Rio

Fiquei três semanas nesse apartamento e a experiência foi excelente. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos e tem tudo o que é necessário para o dia-a-dia, sendo muito funcional. A localização também é muito boa, a 100 metros da estação de metrô da Cinelândia e com restaurantes nas redondezas. Poderia haver mais opções de supermercados por perto, mas um pequeno mercado próximo já ajuda bastante. Enfim, recomendo e certamente retornaria.

We Love Brazil!

The location is excellent and there are many eating and shopping opportunities within walking distance. The loft is also directly nearby metro and bus system. Nice air-conditioning and kitchen area. Very clean tile and wood floors with nice decor. Door man and elevator man included!

Além de aconchegante, esse loft é muito lindo, limpo, agradável, decorado com muito bom gosto e possui todos os equipamentos necessários para oferecer praticidade ao ocupante durante sua estadia. É, simplesmente, maravilhoso. A localização é ótima, uma vez que permite fácil acesso aos melhores pontos turísticos e comerciais do centro do Rio de Janeiro. Os proprietários (Sidney e Lu - um maravilhoso casal) são extremamente simpáticos, agradáveis e super atenciosos. Tudo ocorreu conforme as negociações prévias e a estadia no imóvel superou nossas expectativas. Simplesmente ... Maravilhoso!!!

O imóvel não apenas atendeu às nossas expectativas ... ele as superou e muito!!! Em primeiro lugar, as fotos são extremamente fiéis e o imóvel é lindo e muito aconchegante. Sabe aquela sensação de lar? Pois é exatamente essa sensação que eu e meu namorado tivemos nesta deliciosa semana que desfrutamos. A limpeza é impecável e o imóvel conta com tudo que precisamos no dia-a-dia. A cozinha é completa e o espaço é super organizado e muito bem planejado. O Sidney (proprietário) é muito atencioso, preocupado com o bem estar de seus hóspedes e realmente uma pessoa bastante gentil. A localização é ótima, bem perto do metrô e do comércio. Super recomendado para quem precisa de uma estadia para lazer ou negócios. Eu, como consultora empresarial, viajo muito e sempre fico hospedada em hotéis. Decidi, desta vez, mudar e avaliar a estadia em um imóvel mais "pessoal". Bem, o resultado: eu adorei! Em sua próxima parada no Rio, não deixe de conhecer este imóvel. Você vai se surpreender!

Fantastic Location!

Fantastic location for the blocos (street party) during Rio Carnaval if you want to feel a real part of it. Please note the blocos happen outside the apartment so you won't sleep (but presumably that is why you're going to the Carnaval!) Felt very secure and happy in the area. Restaurants and site seeing such as library, theatre very close (closed however over carnaval). Metro is a between 10-15mins walk away. Metro to Copacabana was about R$3.20 each way. There is a closer station a minute up the road, but again this is shut over Carnaval. Apartment small, but nicely kitted out, very clean and modern. Comfy bed, hammock, sofa. 1 drinking water tank is included. Antonio was very helpful. Gave us plenty of information on what to see and was only next door if we ever needed any help. Dilma was helpful prior to our stay with providing us with a range of information on the area, from where to eat and places of attraction. Overall a great place to stay for a good value. Suited our needs perfectly! * Noise of Carnaval maybe off putting for some! -Have some earplugs! Difficult to find, but you'll find it next door to the 'ahem' adult shop!
