Four miles to Toomer's Corner in downtown Auburn make this the ideal getaway for all of your plans to Auburn.
Our getaway is just two miles to Robert Trent Jones National Golf Cours at Auburn/Opelika for those looking for world class links.
Close to shopping, dining and entertainment.
This brand new luxury rental is outfitted with comfort in mind. Built in 2021, the bright and clean home has new furnishings and everything you need to live like a local. This is our home away from home and we want to share our "local" experience with you.
Two full living rooms with large sectionals and 65" in both means everyone has room to spread out and follow their favorite team. Apple TV, Netflix and Spectrum available for viewing.
The master suite is also equipped with a 65" television for late night movie watching.
Each of the two guest bedrooms are spacious and offer a separate seating area to relax and unwind.
A dedicated work space with high speed Wifi and ergonomic sit/stand desk in the upstairs living room provides a quiet place to take care of business when work is a part of your getaway.
The Gas stove kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for meal preparation and entertainment.
Additional appliances include a hand mixer, InstantPot, Crockpot, toaster, Ninja Blender, Cuisinart Coffeemaker, Coffee bean grinder and Keurig K-Cup coffeemaker. Coffee filters and a small selection of K-cups provided to get your first morning started conveniently.
A Two car garage is available for your use as well as parking for two additional vehicles. The clubhouse is a short block down the street if your parking needs exceed our available spaces.
This entire townhome is available for your family getaway including the two car garage, community pool and fitness center.
