Location, location!

We stayed a couple of nights at this property and it had everything we needed for a short stay. It could benefit from some updates on furniture, and bathroom, but you got everything you need for the price. You really can’t beat the location.

Beautiful place

We stayed here overnight for a short beach getaway. The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was absolutely beautiful and has everything you would need for convenience, including the location to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and beds were comfortable. We will definitely book here again. Also the hosts are very quick with responses. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

Spacious, comfortable, very clean and dog friendly

We were greeted warmly by staff and entered the condo with ease. The lay out was great and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked very well, not needing for anything! Having a washer/dryer was great and the beds were very comfortable..We had a wonderful stay!

Automatic door lock was constantly making loud noises all day and nigt

The property was close to the beach which was nice. The property met our needs, a little outdated but it is located on the beach.

I’m sorry that your stay was not a 5 star. The door has a smart lock but if it is not aligned and closed properly it cannot lock. Hence the noise.

Great location for Northside Park

The location is beachside, easily walkable to northside park on the Bayside. The beach is not overly crowded and has lifeguards on duty. Cute, small condo with washer and dryer. Everything you need for a quick beach trip. The building is secure with really nice staff and parking available. We brought our teenage kids, one of whom had a lacrosse tournament. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable, but might be fine for smaller children. Keep that in mind if you have more than three people. The sofa itself is much more comfortable. Coffee machine and Keurig are available, but neither has coffee provided. We forgot to bring some. There is a Starbucks nearby. Overall, great experience!

Misleading information

Property was not as described. It was not ocean view as shown in the photo. The complete address was not listed on VRBO. If it was we would have looked up the condo and known it was not on the beach nor really ocean view. It’s Marylander condos if you want to look it up. And on top of all that there is no oven! When we got there we were not given all the information on how to get in. Basically a lot of misinformation. Would not recommend for these reasons.

Perfect Location

This property worked out perfectly for a week long stay for my daughter and I. Close to anything and everything and steps from the beach, which was out main interest. The condo was clean enough....could use a bit of updating and an overall thorough cleaning of shower, but was absolutely sufficient for our stay. We loved the balcony and spent most of our time while "home" enjoying our morning coffee and happy hour wine. Major downfall was that if you happen to have neighbors above you can hear them walking around. No big deal unless you happen to get the ones we got on our last night, which was a group of boys who continued the entire night and I had to call police at one point. Thankfully it was our last night and the rest of our stay was perfect. I don't think I would book again and take that chance. Overall a wonderful week!!!

Not clean

We liked everything that the area had to offer and had a good time overall. The only downside of this property was that it was not clean (hair galore everywhere, sticky stains and crumbs in the kitchen, etc.). We checked in after hours and did some cleaning right away in order to make it tolerable. The manager offered to do more cleaning for us, but we already did it ourselves.

Great location

Great location, however the air conditioner was locked in on 70. It was hot in the bedroom and we didn’t sleep well. Being a homeowner I do understand, but I doubt we would go back , and for that reason alone. Everything else was decent, friendly staff, easy access to the beach and better then a hotel . We did enjoy everything else.

Convenient location

Good size condo for a family 4 , Beach was so close, living area and bedroom are great size and liked having a washer in the unit. Swimming pool was under maintenance and not real clean. Close to restaurants, bars and shops.

Great location, not clean though

My husband and toddler went for a four night stay. The location was wonderful, right on the ocean and they give you a parking pass and that was very convenient too. The room wasn’t ready for check in (3pm) so we went to eat while we waited. The front desk lady was very sweet and kind. Our room wasn’t clean when we got in there. We know it’s a condo and not a hotel and grew up in ocean city every single summer, we know what to expect and we’re really not unrealistic people at all… but there was used dental floss in the living area, food behind the couch pillows, dirt and sand everywhere, and the shower curtain had red mold all over it. I would also recommend to stay on the top floor if you have small kids because we were on the third floor and the floors aren’t carpeted so we heard everything above us and the people above us were up all night and screaming and stomping. We left one night early to get some sleep. The indoor pool was nice and the building was secure, I do feel it was overpriced for the noise and the cleanliness issue, I also take issue with the fact that part of our stay includes a cleaning fee we pay for the room to be cleaned after us for the next guest, but our room wasn’t clean. There was sand on the beds so I think they clean the linens but not the comforters. I wanted to love it here and if it had been cleaned somewhat and quieter we would have. We tried to clean it ourselves but the vacuum in the room was broken.

Great beach stay

The condo was in a perfect spot. Lots of things to walk to. Mostly all families staying in this area. Tons of beach time. Can walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. Mini golf etc. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Perfect for a short stay

Stayed for 3 nights with my two kids. They slept in the beds and I slept on the couch (which is comfy, in good condition, and very spacious - a set of sheets were available for me to put over the cushions at night.). Many pros. Very close to beach, and good ocean view from the balcony. Cute decor. The kitchen is great: clean coffee machine, refrigerator, and dishwasher helped us through the half-week. TV and basic cable helps: I got to watch some of the NBA Conference Championships and cable news in the morning. The kids and I played air hockey and foozball in the game room when it rained. There is a laundry room on the Second Floor with free detergent - they worked great. This is an undersold perk of the rental, IMHO. Front desk and building staff were SUPER nice to us. A few cons: the building is showing some signs of age, and an air-conditioned lobby might be nice. Some of the VRBO instructions, handouts, and front-desk instructions conflicted on things like check-out and air conditioning. Our unit also didn't have tissues or dish towels. Unit was very clean. The only really bad thing was a very mildewy shower curtain (which I reported to owners - but still, yuck!). But for a short stay, this was wonderful. Recommended.

We loved the location and how close it was to restaurants and the beach! It met all of our needs!

The property was just like the pictures. Perfect space to relax in. It was close to the beach and restaurants, but definitely on the quieter side of Ocean city which we loved! Very pleased!

Wonderful, Clean & Friendly

We planned this little get away about a month ago. The condo is located less than 90 steps to the beach. The property looked exactly like the advertisement and was extremely clean. The property manager and the other staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay at this property again.
