2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Vacation Condo!!!

The condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The unit is oceanside, so no need to cross any streets to reach the beach. You are less than 50 feet from the sand. The entire unit flooring consists of hardwood, tile, or marble. There is a washer and dryer within the unit. You will see the view from the private front balcony as well as the living room is truly breathtaking regardless of the time of day. There are two guaranteed parking spots with the unit along with free street parking right in front of the unit. Linens, towels, personal pillows, and all paper products must be provided by the renter. We are accepting weekly or monthly rentals only during the peak season. Outside of July or August, we can discuss a cost-per-night stay if desired. Discounts are applied for multiple weeks rented. We arrange for a cleaning service upon checkout. Sorry, no high school or college seniors are accepted.

Attached are photos of our condo in Ocean City, MD. All photos were taken in 2024. See the truly breathtaking view for yourself! Upgrades that were previously described took place in the off-season. Both bedrooms were fitted with large flat-screen TVs. A new larger flat screen was installed in the living room as well.

Another Year and Another Great Vacation

We had a great time in Ocean City this past week and a big part of that had to do with the rental property we used. Kevin is great to work with and we have truly enjoyed our 7 years staying in his condo. We look forward to staying there for years to come!

The property is perfect for a beach vacation in OC. Located close to a lot of fun restaurants and bars and just a block from the ocean. Highly recommend!

A good home base for a beach vacation

This was a good place to stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. It was a little further from the boardwalk than I expected. Unfortunately it rained for 2 of our 4 days there and I was not able to get the televisions to work as I didn’t have our Netflix login information.

Overall, this location is great and the property itself was clean. However, I will say that it does not come with any pillows, blankets, bed sheets, towels, paper goods like toilet paper or paper towels, etc. It does say that on the listing, but I guess I forgot that part since I booked this property way back in April and when downloading all the check in materials, it was worded as "may be

It was the perfect location. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Quick walk to the beach. Quick drive to the boardwalk. Quick walk or drive to restaurants. Great parking. Kevin was helpful and responsive when needed. Perfect space for our family of 3 and the grandparents.

Great space for families. Be prepared to bring your own soap, paper goods, linens and bedding. Amazing location for getting to/from the beach. Its the end condo unit so you can just make out the sun shining on the water and sand at the end of 36 St. I would stay here again.

Friends getaway.

My friends and I went to Ocean City for the spring car show. We had a great time. The condo was great and the owner accommodated us with everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Why they chose this property

Ocean City has been in my family's blood since my mom started going as a child. I was in the sand at 6 weeks old and have never looked back. Our family vacations here every summer and the only things that stay the same are the sun, sand, and waves! I have so many memories I could l type for days. From Fisher's Popcorn to Polish Water Ice to the White Marlin Open.

What makes this property unique

As mentioned above, this unit has many unique benefits. I have remodeled a lot of the unit to add my own touches which really liven the unit up. I can't say enough about the private front balcony that allows for the gorgeous views and the safety of sleeping with the air off and the door open to fall asleep to the sound of the waves hitting the beach at night. The location is also a huge benefit to this condo over others in the town of Ocean City. On a personal note, I enjoy jogging on early summer mornings down the ally ways until I reach the boardwalk. It is much better than running on Coastal Highway. The unit is also very spacious which allows for the whole extended family to come and stay and sleep on some air mattresses and the couch without being on top of each other. The removal of all carpets prevents the musty seashore smell within the condo as well as helps to keep the sand out. The street is a very quiet street with no hotels, only private condos, and even permanent residents.
