The place was beautifully done. Almost everything you need for a stay. Wish it had a place to hang clothes. But that's the only thing missing. Good communication with host. Beds were comfortable.

This rental appears to be a converted garage on the property but has been beautifully done. Everything looks like a new renovation and has everything you need in a rental. The little additions are noticed, such as extra pillows, blankets, lots of towel options, and even little snacks and water. The owner was also very responsive to all messages and check in/95 was seamless. The only thing to be aware of is the yard is fenced in but shared with the other home on the property. This was no issue to us since we walked the dog on a lease anyways, but just something to note!

This is your basic, cookie-cutter, "modern farmhouse," Home Depot reno "hosted" by a property management company. Is it exceptional? No, but it is good and very clean. I can overlook sloppy paint and trim work for a higher level of cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. There isn't a speck of mold to be found. However, the shower drained so slowly, I was standing in 3 inches of water by the end of a 10 minute shower. The bathroom sink also drains so slowly it fills up in about 30 seconds. If we were staying more than 1 night, we would have complained to management. Linens and towels are of acceptable quality--not chintzy, but not luxury, as is to be expected at this price point. I might give it higher marks if not for the electric scent diffuser that filled the place with an overpowering aroma of what can only be described as "fabric softener." Even though we immediately unplugged it, the scent was so overwhelming it made me feel ill for hours. What smells are they trying to mask? The bed in the primary bedroom is very soft, which is great for those who prefer it. We prefer medium firmness and did not care for it. We did not have our dogs with us, but if we had, it's a nice touch to have the kitchen door open directly to the fenced yard. Keep in mind that these places are always photographed on wide-angle, so it's not as spacious as it appears. The new appliances are nice, and the washer/dryer set up great for longer stays. The host was quick to respond to questions.

Thank you for your feedback. As the property owner, not a management company, we take a lot of pride hosting guests and helping them make memorable stays away from home. Your comment about no mold being present is concerning as it alludes to a search to find it. Our properties are cleaned well with a quality control assessment before each guest. It is unfortunate our linens didn’t meet your luxury standards. Some guests just cannot be pleased. Your 3 star evaluation does not represent the guest experience so many others before you have experienced.

Thank you for an outstanding experience at you place. Location was excellent, close to everything of interest to us. I was pleased with the amenities provided, very nice touches. The fenced in yard was a huge bonus for our fur babies, which they thoroughlyenjoyed. The host was readily available to communications. The bed was comfortable and decor was very tasteful. It felt like home. Thanks again!!!
